Gonna start white knighting if this crap keeps going on for much longer… WTB dungeon runs that don’t take 30mins-1h / PUGs to fill up.

I had two of them in an SE pug the other night, tagging mobs like it’s goin out of style.

Although the idea behind this is funny, those guys are spamming like that for farming groups, not a dungeon group.

…that’s just sad.

Who even cares about tagging mobs anymore, don’t you just tag the champ and getting mobs is just gravy?

Why do they need someone to tag while farming. Its not like your party members give you loot when they tag stuff. Im so confused. :/

Being in a party reduces the amount of damage you need to deal in order to qualify for loot.

yes, I’m primarily a Staff guard and it never got me kicked out of any Arahs or COE’s :p
(I’m not saying it’s good, it’s actually HORRIBLE… but meh, I RP a lot in Elite content)

right, but it’s for a gold farm to replace COF1… so I think the coincidence (I’m not using that other word b.c. I don’t want to get arrested by the Irony police) here is that many people expected these n00bs to branch out and finally learn how to do tougher dungeons. ….lulz… mmm hmm…

Also you can’t zerg the Pre-Event for it, you have to cut your party down to 4 “Optimized” players (plus the one moron who’s AFK’s in meddler’s liek a bag of kittens) or it will auto-spawn Champion Jesters & Champion Nobles who insta-kill the escort NPC’s.

The great thing about this though is that you can actively disrupt it and then the Studio Exec Producer will congratulate you for it while 100’s of QQ’ing baddies attempt to report you for Trolling/Botting & a bunch of other falsehoods.

ilr pretty much sums up the secret message in my two line post. The other thing is I find it very very funny. As you can see I was on a nades engineer one of the best taggers in the game. So seeing that gave me a good laugh. The other thing I could not help but notice is that they nerfed every kittening dungeon (gold) in one go and alt farming (tokens). So I am forced to consider what is actually harder CoF 1 or zerg farming and the honest truth is CoF actually requires some level of skill.

We have gone from farming dungeons to farming Orr (again). Southsun and the dungeons have been abandoned for the most part. The grand move that would nerf CoF and bring players back to other dungeons has literally made farming easier, less challenging, and has plagued open world with elitist.

It really is a shame but at the same time it is hilarious. I have screen shots of people reporting some guy for killing the cauldrons and spamming chat that he was a troll simply because he literally wanted his arah karma armor.

You can talk about anything in this section and nothing is going to happen unless someone reports it, devs don’t come here, also the owner of this thread thought that people were looking for staff dungeons for a dungeon group, he stopped playing for a while and didn’t know that people started farming orr, so it’s nobody’s fault here.

No I knew they meant for the event chain. My point was simply this is what replaced CoF 1. So yes it is relevant to this sub forum as it is the main thing undermining all dungeons. Not complex at all. Read ilr’s post or my second post where I literally explain it all lol (gotta read those previous post).

I find it funny… If you’re a zerker staff guardian why not buy a sword and focus and farm Deadeye for 25g+ an hour before the event is over.

Its just as easy/boring and makes loads more money.
