Q:
About Daily
A:
The daily rewards chest comes with a bit of coin, a karma jug, experience and sometimes a random item. Each daily achievement also rewards a bit of experience as well, which makes them a good way to boost a lower level character.
You don’t need to do everything on the daily list, however. I think the current list of dailies has 11 options, most of which change from day to day. You only need to do five of the choices to get the rewards chest, and while some options are suited to higher level characters, anyone can do five of the 11 options no matter what level you are. Some easy ones include:
Gatherer – harvest 20 items of any kind. In the lower zones, mine copper and chop wood (at least 3 per node), and harvest plants (usually 1 per node, but there are places where there are “gardens” with six or more nodes). This is always an option, and it’s the easiest one to do. A set of basic harvesting tools is less than 1 silver and lasts for many uses.
Daily kills and kill variety – also easy to do because you naturally get into combat a lot so just wander around playing the game for a while and you’ll get this. Sometimes they require a specific zone, like Krytan Killer (Queensdale and surrounding areas). Your GW2 account comes with five character slots, it may be worth making a couple of alts to have something in different zones already – for example, if you play a human you’ve already got Kryta covered, so make a sylvari for Maguuma, a charr for Ascalon, and a norn for Shiverpeaks.
Ambient killer – the harmless “white” creatures that wander the world. If you don’t like snuffing out bunnies, go to the jungle and swat mosquitoes or crush crabs on the beach.
Daily crafter: processing raw materials counts, so harvest 20 wood for 1/5, turn them into boards for 2/5, and sell the boards for a bit of coin. Your daily is almost half done and you got some xp and money as a bonus.
Events, Leveler, Skill Points and Personal Story – these come from just playing the game.
There are more advanced options, killing champions and veterans for example may be too difficult for you right now but when you have more experience or if you join a group it can be doable.
Daily options for PvP and WvWvW may be out of reach for a beginner, but if you have some experience with player vs. player combat in other games you could give it a try. Both game modes temporarily set your character to level 80.
Even if you just stick the options listed above – gathering, crafting, kill counts, events, and so on – and ignore the advanced options you should be able to complete the daily within an hour any day you want to finish it.

You can get them early on – but will be easier on level 10+
Usually I get:
-Daily Crafter (think you have to be level 10+)
-<insert area> killer (kill 50 random stuff)
-<insert area> veteran killer (kill 5 veterans on the area)
-Ambient Killer (kill 50 ambient creatures. ie: Rabbit, Frog, Fly…)
-Daily Gatherer (Gather minerals/mats from plants, ore, trees – think you have to be level 10+)
-Daily <insert area> Event (Participate 5 events)
-Daily <insert area> Group Event (Participate 2 group events – Events with [GROUP] tag on it. Usually hard to solo)
-Daily aquatic killer (kill 25? underwater creatures)
-Daily Karma Spender (spend total of 750? karma)
-Daily Laurel Vendor (Visit <talk> to a Laurel Vendor)
Welcome to the game.
Dailys er can be tough at such a low lvl. But just complete 5 of the achievements if u can. It is always a good idea to get on of each gathering tool and gather. That is one of them.
Also, you may not be aware of it yet, but you can go to every nation’s starting zone. In your own race’s capital, there is a pink Asura gate that leads to Lion’s Arch, a connecting hub. From there you can enter each other thw other 4 racial capital cities, and through them, the other 4 starting zones. So you can get <nation> killer in Kryta, Ascalon, Shiverpeaks and Maguuma from level 1.

There are no level requirements. A brand new toon gets enough copper for a set of basic harvesting tools, you can begin harvesting immediately and talk to a crafting trainer to learn a craft at any level.
