About that blix exploit....
Remediate the toxicity. I’d like to think that meant banning the trolls, ya know, the people who stand in the circle with 5 of their friends spamming insults and worse. The same people who spam map chat with tinypic links to god know what. The people who emote spam map chat with hot key programs that flood the chat like a river.
I guess it’s time to start cutting off the arms of people who need only a finger or two amputated. Or better yet, let’s just put a bullet in the head of any person about to undergo the knife? I mean it’s all about getting rid of the toxicity right? Let’s not ban the people who were responsible for getting everyone upset. Let’s not step up the punishment for people who cause the toxicity. Let’s not try to fix the root cause of the problem, which isn’t blix or the farm or any farm, but the people who take a massive dump in everyone’s face because they think it’s funny.
This isn’t just an isolated incident either. QD train, Frostgorge train, blix and countless others. The trains run fine until people come along to derail it, only then is when Anet decides to do something.
And not doing anything about that problem only makes it worse. Trolling should be one of the most important things to look for in a video game and should carry one of the highest punishments. This wasn’t about play styles, this was about people being jerks and hiding behind the veil of “this isn’t how the game was meant to be played.” Let’s take a look back at how many people wanted the event to succeed for the loot vs the people who wanted it to succeed because it was funny to see people get ticked off about it.
the farming community is actually pretty nice, its like a pool of gasoline running a machine.
but then the matches(anti farmers rich elites) come along and light the gasoline and guess what kitten explodes.the toxic players aren’t the farmers who just want to make money and not have to be some TP warrior who drive the prices up of goods for their own gain so they don’t have to farm to pay for the increased prices of goods.
the toxic players are the ones preventing people from making money and having a good time.
what do you think happens when you stop a farm? people go do other events? no they sit around and wait or go find something else to farm.
ending farms just kill the map and bring it back it its regular dead self. They don’t need to be rich.
no but who profits the most from stopping goods and gold from coming into the market and dragging the prices down?
TP flippers and people that know hidden farming spots always try to stop new farms from showing up.
Oh wow! A TP flippers conspiracy…how novel…
Apparently you don’t play MMO’s that much. In WoW, one guy was undercutting me in the Auction House on ore to the point that even if his ore sold, he was still below vendor price. You’d be surprised how far someone will go in order to keep a good farming spot hidden or to sell mats and not let people in on how good it is.
You must not play GW2 that much. If you’re selling on the TP for less than vendor value, then you’re lying because it doesn’t work that way at all. Also, TP flippers don’t work that way at all. Also, this farm isn’t a ‘secret’, obviously, because there is this thread here on the forums about it with a Dev’s response. Would you like to debate anymore silly anecdotes?
*I’ve played since the launch of GW1 BTW
Their example was for WoW, not Guild Wars 2. Just sayin’.
EDIT: Just realized I quoted something on page 2 and has probably long since been forgotten. What a morning I’m having.
On regards to the blix farming, I’m not really for or against it. If I’m participating, someone caps wants to cap it, I usually just say “If they want to cap it, let them, it’s only a game.” Sure they may be doing it to ruin the the event for all the people, or the genuinely don’t know what’s going on (People who have their chat off, and the such).
I’ve enjoyed the Blix event farming simply because I suck at making any sort of gold in this game. I can’t join dungeons because I get removed because I don’t know the paths, and everyone always tells me “Do dungeons, it’s the best” they just forget to add that I need to know every path completely because no one will bother explaining it to me.
Either way with it being patched I’ll dip back down into trying to get money again, but at least I made a decent bit of gold while this is active (Only 25g so far, but hey, that’s the fastest I’ve ever made gold).
I realize what he was referring to b/c he said, “In Wow…”. That doesn’t change the fact that GW2’s TP is different than the example his strawman tries to imply. It was designed that way for precisely that reason. My point still remains that it was a fallacious arguement and has no credibility in this game. Driving home the irony of him saying “(I) must not play GW2 that much”. mmkay? thanx.
This is actually pretty effing ridiculous. They’ll fix a bug that benefits player’s piggy banks like it’s the most important thing on earth, BUT I’M STILL GETTING STUCK ON SIEGE IN WVW AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF THE SAME BUG.
:(
Better be careful with this fixes. Anet continuosly nerf drop, nerf rewards, nerf loot… We are earning every day less money/drops than the previous and the prices continue to rise.
1g = 5 gems (WTF, a year ago 1g = 100 gems)
But this is the gemstore, i can stand it
62s = 1 powerful vial of blood (5 months ago 28s = 1 powerful vial of blood)
1300g Spark (march 2014 525g = spark. April 2014 715g = spark)The prices are rising of more than 100% and the loot and rewards are getting worse and worse.
The ridicolous thing is that fail events and repeat them is more rewarding that succed in them.agree….most events simply aren’t worth doing from a gold-time efficiency standpoint.
outside of a large group doing dwayna and melandru chains, or small group doing the Frostgorge champ train, there aren’t really any events more rewarding than just killing mobs and mining nodes.events really shouldn’t be more rewarding to fail than win….i’m just not sure how to fix this outside of more high-level “defend an area events” that spawn champs and/or tons of loot-dropping mobs. that way, increasing the respawn of failing events doesn’t kill the farmer….they just move on to the next “rewarding” event.
What are we? Efficiency experts or heroes?
once you do an event a few times, the fun/novelty wares out…even with very fun events with different mechanics, you eventually learn them.
so once its no longer fun/challenging, why play the event?……profit….which is how we earn the only end-game rewards (aesthetics).
If you are so bored that you have to exploit, its time to take a break.
Cutting corners will only tire you out faster, and we’d rather not suffer for your laziness and boredom.
Yes, I see you don’t cut corners with handing out name calling and vitriol. Good on ya.
I don’t see a problem with calling exploiters what they are.
The fact that an exploit is being removed, and the dev is going out of his way to be fair to the exploiters and explain that he understands their goals and wishes, is really meaningful to me.
And despite that, everyone in just spitting in his face and accusing him of trying to steal their money.
Don’t buy gems. Geez.

To defend your exploiting, you divert the attention to other people who are commiting wrongs in chat.
They should be dealt with, but so should the exploit.
Two wrongs dont make a right.
This whole post screams that you think if you cant exploit for easy gold, then the people who reported the exploit should also be punished.
I think not buying gems is the answer. I think a boycott is needed to make a statement to a net that the direction they r pushing this game is the wrong direction

Yeah, its horrible that you cant farm a broken mission anymore.
Freaking devs and their incessant desire to fix exploits.
Again you make good points, though to be honest I think in any MMO there has to be some level of progression.. even cosmetics get stale after a while, but on the flip side to that.. how many skins does one want on any one toon.. I mean how many back pieces do we have etc, etc.. so at some stage ANET have to balance out progression, and satisfaction.
Of course the one thing many players forget is this is a game to us for fun, but to ANET/NCSoft its a business and it needs to find ways to make money in order to fill their own boots and put something back into game in order for it to grow… so some kind of progression of gear has to happen (not necessarily stats wise) to keep us in game with goals to achieve otherwise we get bored and move on very quickly.. but having these kind of exploits makes progression meaningless if it can be done in a matter of days/weeks.. as good as any design house feels they are, they will never be able to keep up developing the game if exploits cheapen the longevity of it every time they introduce new items, gearing, challenges etc….But I guess the simple fact is there are always some that want the easy way to everything and want it with minimal effort and time.
This view comes from a misunderstanding of how horizontal progression works. It is often sneered at for being nothing more than a fashion shop.
Horizontal progression, in actuality, is a design philosophy that attempts to keep all players on an equal playing field while expanding their options without directly expanding their power.
For a player to progress horizontally, they are going to be progressing in three or four areas:
1) Visually – As players play more, they should be able to expand their wardrobe and move closer towards the character appearance that they desire.
2) Skillfully – A player should actually become a better player though experience. This is more conducive to an action combat system, as these have a higher skill ceiling.
3) Functionally – This is the key area of a good horizontal progression system. The game should have an astounding variety of potential builds that allows players to change their playstyle greatly. Furthermore, this is the source of actual progression in the philosophy of horizontal progression. Skills and traits are unlocked as you continue to play, preferably by tracking them down individually.
4) Miscellanious/Optional. Let’s call this one the arbitrary category. This is gear progression that moves characters forward in utility stats (gain rates for gold, karma, magic find, and exp, for example), but not in actual combat stats. If it is possible to compromise between horizontal and vertical progression, this is the methodology. A horizontal progression player is going to appreciate the progressive increase in their income, but I rather doubt that this is going to actually sate the gear-progression needs of the vertical progression crowd.
All of these are functional, not power-based progression, but they are still progression.

It has nothing to do me or anyone else doing the exploit. It’s about people who cause disruption in the game that causes the community to become toxic, the trolls. If you bothered to read what I posted, you’d see that. But you assumed that I’m defending the exploit when I’m not even talking about it directly, but the people who cause the problems for others because they think it’s funny.

No this thread is about this exploit being fixed by the devs next patch.
It is not about whatever anger you have regarding some of the people who offended you.
Try and remember their named and report them directly to the GMs in game. Don’t try and shame them on an unrelated forum thread.
More like their incessant desire to not address real issues and only ones that affect their checkbooks. The game has so much wrong with it especially a super inflated market and messed up loot system. But instead of fixing or even a dressing tho issues they make a bee line for one that could make them lose money. I for one am not supportive of that and im willing to bet a lot of other ppl aren’t either

Actually I have seen many items on the TP advertising buy orders, for 1 copper above the Vendor price so that when someone buys them they are actually selling them for LESS than the vendor price after “listing fee”
I dont care what other exploits there are.
This pretty much sums it up. Thanks for your diligence!

Why are you still implying that the only way to get gold is to buy gems?
That isn’t true. You are just not willing to actually play the game you are supposedly playing.
And don’t dodge by saying that there isnt fun stuff to do or that the endgame is boring.
If that is the issue then the answer is for you to take a break because you don’t enjoy the game.
The answer to players being bored is not to allow them to cheat in order to get items faster.
But that logic, dungeons are boring so they should let people dupe legendaries and call it a day.
There are really two sides to this, and when it comes down to it, you are both right – and you are both wrong. Both sides have the right to complete the task that they set out to do (completing or not completing).
Challenging another player’s play style is the issue here, and since this revolved around an event that was designed to be completed, it is being changed so that the original design of the event can be carried out.
When something in the game (such as this event) changes negatively as this has, we need to step in and remediate the toxicity. The byproduct of this change happens to be that a champion farm is being slowed, but since that was the originating factor for the toxicity, it’s unavoidable.
I encourage players to remember that not everyone has the same goals when they play, and sometimes they will clash.
This is a really good answer. The best possible answer, in fact. The fact that you acknowledge not completing an event can be a legitimate goal blows my mind. Props to you, dear sir.
This ^. Thanks for your prompt response, Chris.

You all have to remember that to ANet, this is a game where everyone co-ops and nobody’s play style is really wrong unless they become unfriendly toward other players fits that narrative.

I don’t really care if it gets fixed or not. And the matter is related. The whole blix farm wouldn’t have been brought up until it got all the negative attention from the trolls ticking people off. Was I mad that the train got derailed? Not at all, I went back to kitten ing around with my guild and chatting. But to assume that people are mad because it’s getting fixed? Not all of them, some are mad because now the trolls won. I guess maybe trolling the trolls would get Anet to look at trolling, but that’s into the whole “Yo dawg, I heard you like…” and I don’t like that meme.

The originating factor for the toxicity is lack of reward throughout the game. That’s why players gravitate so aggressively to things such as this. When a pack of half-starved people come across a scrap, civility is not amongst their strongest attributes. Do we hold accountable the scrap or the fact that they desperate?
But it is interesting to think about how that situation would look if the roles were reversed – if a big group was trying to complete an event and some lone person had a special way to fail it. I wonder if anyone at all would defend that person then.
You won’t see that happen…the events are specifically designed to prevent that (the wiki page on dynamic events explains why).
Also, the people trying to complete the event are doing it the way it was intended to be done, the people trying to purposely fail it aren’t. Not exactly an apples to apples comparison.

The originating factor for toxicity is that lots of people on the internet are jerks.
Lets not pretend toxicity isnt rampant in every game community in existence.
Make the game more rewarding and people will seek such farm spots less and less because they will be happy of what they are earning. If hundreds of people flock to farm such events then that should tell you something about the earning state of guild wars 2 players. I don’t think most of the people farm an event like that because they like it- It’s probably extremely boring but they get some results from all that farming that doesn’t even get close to the one gold coin you can get per dungeon run. Not everyone is TP expert and can turn the silver into gold. And don’t get me started on the Fractals….
This game was supposed to be for casuals but people that play casually and still want to have something to show are sadly mistaken. With the rate of prices going up, farming spots going down, what can a casual do other than leave and find a game that actually gives you something in return for the effort spent?
This just isn’t true. There’s a strong mindset where people will try to maximize rewards no matter what. For some people, there is no such thing as ‘enough’. This isn’t a moral judgement, but expectations are always fluid.

You sure are putting a lot of energy into something you don’t care about. If you truly didn’t care, you wouldn’t have even posted into this thread. JAO.
Also you keep using the word “trolls…” I don’t think it means what you think it means.
If arena-net added easy farming options I wouldnt care.
I just personally inherently disagree with abusing event mechanics to get easy loot.
idgaf how fast you get money. I just expect events to work as intended, and for the players to respect their intended function.
There’s so much wrong and the hate in this thread is unbelievable….
Look at this. The blix either succeeds if players interact and attempt to complete the objectives. The events fails if no one is trying to complete the event, so it’s working as intended.
I don’t get why people don’t understand this at all….
There’s gotta be better ways to make money in this game other than being a TP baron, becoming a “valued customer” or running all dungeons then logging off.
Farming should be a legit way to accomplish this but normal, vets and elites give nothing. Farming champions are the only way to make something decent as barely anything else rewards you in GW2.
But every time something like this comes around and wrecks the farmers till the find a new place. Really the farmer community is very elusive. You don’t hear anything about them till someone gets offended and spills the beans. Just fantastic.
I feel for the farmers here… Hell even I’d go back to PvE, if I could farm stuff but I’ll be forever broke in WvW….
If arena-net added easy farming options I wouldnt care.

I was talking to Shivan, not you.
“Fixed a bug in which the “Help Scholar Blix clear the tunnel” event in Cursed Shore would restart too soon.”
A 2 year old “bug” that you finally decided to “fix” eh?
I guess “bug” is Anet’s terminology for something that the players profit from.
Well I feel that ANet considers farming a variation of grinding and they didn’t want this to be a game about grinding. They wanted players to keep moving and experience a variety of events rather than putting down stakes and doing one thing all play session.
If you use the amusement park analogy for this MMO, the devs don’t want players getting off the coaster and just getting back in line again because that increases the delay for someone new to enjoy the attraction.
I think that’s one of the reasons farming is nerfed via DR, daily account limits or outright altering of an event that proves to be very farmable.
RIP City of Heroes

People don’t “understand it” because your logic is backwards and misguided.
Yes, the blix event has a succeed state and a fail state. No one is denying that. It succeeds if players attempt to complete it in large enough numbers to make it happen. It fails if they do not attempt to complete it. That’s not a startling revelation.
But it isn’t working as intended for one simple reason that your mind can’t seem to grasp.
There should never be more incentive to fail an event than there is to complete it. The part of the mission that isn’t working is not that it can fail, but rather that failing it is the most profitable way of going about it, as it has an ungodly short retry time on failure coupled with profitable mobs and very little end-incentive for success.
:(
different team works on that kitten mate
Well I feel that ANet considers farming a variation of grinding and they didn’t want this to be a game about grinding. They wanted players to keep moving and experience a variety of events rather than putting down stakes and doing one thing all play session.
If you use the amusement park analogy for this MMO, the devs don’t want players getting off the coaster and just getting back in line again because that increases the delay for someone new to enjoy the attraction.
I think that’s one of the reasons farming is nerfed via DR, daily account limits or outright altering of an event that proves to be very farmable.
I don’t think that works.
There are attractions (e.g. the rest of PvE, PvP, WvW) other than being on the rollercoaster that is the LS. Unfortunately, these attractions become worn out unlike the coaster that actually receives substantial additions.
A fix is currently being prepared for this issue.
While the behavior (design) of this event was acceptable in the past, changes in the game over time have created an environment around this event that has become increasingly toxic (for the community) due to unintended use/change of mechanics.
Players should not feel that they are in the wrong for completing an event (or event chain), and that is what is happening with this event. The respawn timer for this event will be significantly increased.
So the idea rather than fix it in a meaningful way…was to increase the timer ?
Did it not ever come into factor that people are failing the events because you guys keep nerfing rewards ?
Do you want people to play your game or are you intentionally trying to tell them to stop. Because as it currently is your doing a dang good job at telling them the to play the game you want them to play, the way you want them to and at the times you want. The exact opposite of the product many people signed on for when they bought the game.
I agree with them fixing it if it was not intended to work this way, but it was made to work this way, they just forgot the fact that players would use it to their advantage. so this is not a fix, it is a way to cut back on farming again.. I don’t see why anyone would care if 50-100 even a thousand other players were using this to make gold, it was not hurting anyone.
never ran it myself, but to those that got in on it early, grats. the reason for these “exploits” is the gem store, nobody wants to have to pay more money just to make one more character. the whole argument about them not wanting you to farm is BS, because the only way you are going to get what you want is to farm..its an MMO..that is simply the way it is. dailies and monthly achievements are farming, loot is farming, crafting is all about farming…
I would be buying gems often if they were not trying to force you to resort to buying them. this company has went down hill ever since nightfall

If arena-net added easy farming options I wouldnt care.
I just personally inherently disagree with abusing event mechanics to get easy loot.
idgaf how fast you get money. I just expect events to work as intended, and for the players to respect their intended function.
Events have 4 states. in Waiting, in Action, in Success or in Failure. Two of those states have a reward attached to them. All states are part of the system and they are all as legitimate as the other.
Telling people they are exploiting because they think it’s more profitable to fail an event that to succeed it is the same as saying you’re exploiting because you think succeeding an event is more profitable than letting it fail.
Failed State IS an intended function. When it is not, it vanish. Like all the events in Dry Top for example.
Look at this. The blix either succeeds if players interact and attempt to complete the objectives. The events fails if no one is trying to complete the event, so it’s working as intended.
I don’t get why people don’t understand this at all….
People don’t “understand it” because your logic is backwards and misguided.

Why is it more rewarding to fail the event? Well shoot it has everything to do with the champions that spawn. Alright, let’s get rid of them/make them drop nothing.
Onto the next locations. Wash, rinse and repeat till all of open is dead. There will be nothing left but world bosses, dungeons and unfortunately, living story.
Hopefully this will be a lesson to everyone who verbally abused people in chat.
(Although after the Queensdale Champ train, the second lesson learned, and probably won’t be the last).

And as many people, including Chris and myself have pointed out, trying to succeed at an event is doing the event the way it is supposed to be done, purposely trying to fail (and raging at anyone actually trying to do it) is not. So no, the two situations you mentioned aren’t really in the same ballpark.
While failing may be an “intended function” in the sense that it is a possible outcome of an event, it is hardly intended to be an outcome that players work towards.

Failure is one of two outcomes but striving to fail is the problem here. Nobody expects someone playing a game, is striving to fail. Unless you are playing a game with a child.
Note the reason failure is better than success is because you get to repeat the “action” phase where a lot of loot is dropped. Success merely rewards a bonus.
Now if this was a standalone event that didn’t impact a meta it probably would be left alone, at least for now. But as it stood it was equivalent to blocking the road so you and your friends can play road hockey, in terms of inconvenience.

Wait what? Tell that to A-net when players actually tried to do champ trains in QD/FGS/etc. The game was played AS intended — yet still got nerfed. Its not the game mechanics that causes nerfs. Its the player-grievance attitude that some individuals feel self-entitled to revel in that causes it. These players BREED toxicity. And toxicity is WHY this event got nerfed, as well. Like many have said before, there were tumbleweeds rolling in Orr before this map became popularized again, post-Megaserver.

Well, duh. Of course the QD and FGS trains were playing the game as it was intended…they were actually TRYING to succeed at the events. The trains were nerfed because of other reasons (flaming and raging at players who were trying the events while not in the train, the fact that mid-level cap zones were deserted, etc.), something you even pointed out yourself. And in this case, the raging and flaming at players actually trying to succeed at Blix certainly did toxicity. As other people have stated, farming itself was not the issue…it was the raging and flaming that was the major problem (there were a few others).

No one has said that the rewards should be abolished. That would be asinine.
Rewards need to be REDISTRIBUTED. Until that happens, we’ll get more dull farming trains (in the best case scenario) or even more exploit trains like this one (in the worst case scenario).
What should redistribution mean for rewards?
Map-exclusive rewards.
Unique skins and skills to unlock.
More incentive to do and complete events.
Higher dynamic event gold and karma rewards. Also a random piece of gear that could even be one of the map’s exclusive rewards. Its minimum quality is based on your tier (bronze, silver, or gold) of participation. (Only on event success).
Much greater incentive to do so-called “mini-dungeons.”
Their current effort to reward ratios leave these compelling bits of content almost completely ignored.
Map-wide buffs for holding certain objectives.
Succeeding at major dynamic event chains should grant players a passive increase in their gold, exp, magic find, and karma gain rates while in that map.
If arena-net added easy farming options I wouldnt care.

Oh c’mon, you really think Queensdale champ trains were ‘as intended’?
Those champs were meant to be challenge events for new players not freebies bags/ exp train for higher levels.

Not to mention that champ trains are in themselves not ‘working as intended.’
The champ loot bags were implemented because players were ignoring champions and their associated group events entirely and because the appearance of a champion in an event was a disappointment – a more difficult enemy that did not give an appropriate effort-to-reward ratio.
Essentially, champ bags were meant to be an incentive to get players to spread out and play underplayed content.
Unfortunately, they did the opposite by creating champ-farm zergs.

All of those ideas are fantastic. +1 for it. This is marvelous!!
A map wide bonus for holding Grenth, Mel and Arah, increases loot map wide when doing events like Plinx and Blix. Increased Karma and money for wanting gold reward would lead to organized escorts and defenses of temples would draw more players to said escorts and events, and cause champs to spawn. That is smooth. Kudos to you!!
Wow. These people are really creative in trying to justify the Blix exploit.
Let’s see. First, they say we should be thanking them for bringing the price of T5 T6 mats down – which is not really the case, because as previously stated, running Cursed Shore events the normal way yielded equal results. They are called “moldy bags” for the uninformed.
Then, they started stating that before Blix, Shelter and Peni events were being ignored. Please,* clears throat*, do share with me as I am really curious, what servers have you been playing on? I have been in Cursed Shore every single night, and Peni/Shelter/Jofast are being done just fine.
After which, they state there was no toxicity in the map chat (believe me, you were just on a different megaserver).
Some even said that we went to Blix megaservers on purpose!! Golly! What godly assumption powers you have my dear. Lord knows how hard I have been trying to switch megaservers, but guess what? Everyone is doing it no matter how many times I log out and log in.
To those who claim that Cursed Shore is dead, and the Blix farm made Cursed Shore alive again, let me assure you that is far from the truth. On the contrary, you guys killed Cursed Shore.
The moment one says in map chat, mel is up, and you see no response, maybe three more people appearing to do mel, THAT is when you know Blix farm is up. Blix farmers refuse to budge to do anything else.
To those who claim that you can’t earn gold the normal way, let me ask you, have you even tried spending one evening in Cursed Shore doing normal events?
To those who say the Blix farm brings the community together as you guys have boosters, share jokes and laugh, let me ask you again, have you tried spending one evening in Cursed Shore doing normal events?
Cursed Shore was fine the way it was. Blix farmers destroyed the community, not bring it back.
On that note, I will be glad to see the Blix farm come to an end, and to all you creative people, I wish you all the best in finding your “I only want to walk from one waypoint to another farm-fest.”
Cheers
This wasn’t about play styles, this was about people being jerks and hiding behind the veil of “this isn’t how the game was meant to be played.” Let’s take a look back at how many people wanted the event to succeed for the loot vs the people who wanted it to succeed because it was funny to see people get ticked off about it.
pretty sad if you are justifying the toxicity of throwing racial slurs is fine because someone wants to troll a group. Both sides should be dealt with or hey don’t like someone actually doing the event go to the dry top.
you guys run on sucky servers, kitten .
I’ve never experienced any of the kind of train trolling you’re talking about. The worst I’ve seen was train people losing their mud over people daring to kill out of order.
Fear not, for some nice people (not me :P) provided a solution to your plight.
Every path explained with its tricks, glitches and skips here. All you need to know in one convenient and documented place!

What total rubbish.. I and many others have run CS for like forever and its far from a ghost town .. in fact the hardest thing about CS for months now it knowing which blue tag is coordinating the champ/event runs…. thankfully they are pretty much all in the same zerg so its merely a case of following the doritto and its been like that now for quite a while, without toxicity, without exploiting and lots of that “community working towards a common goal” healthy mentality, that apparently can only exist when you join in the Blix exploit.
I get it, your upset your loosing your easywin exploit… #crymeariver
Count yourself lucky ANET are taking this pretty lightly, because many other MMO’s would of thrown the banhammer down on such behaviour in a heart beat, so enjoy the ill gotten gains you have been able to exploit from it and go find your next easy win spot.
Cursed Shore has more than enough legitimate farming opportunities across its surface without the need for some cheap failtrain toxic ground spoiling it like it has… Cursed Shore has become a ghost town since the Blix exploit went viral with the exception of your toxic paradise at Penitent/Shelter.
