I didn’t realize how close I was to receiving my 4000 achievement chest. The first thing I did today was create a beta character, and log in to find my achievement and daily chests appeared on my Revenant. Obviously, I cannot put these items in my bank because betas are restricted from regular bank access, nor did I think rewards earned with normal characters could be awarded to a beta character.

Can A-Net help me or is my Zenith skin and achievement chest lost for good?

Check back on your real characters to see if they have hit the 4,000 chest yet. Hopefully, the beta and real character achievement points were separate when the beta copy was made.

No progress is saved on your beta char so when you go back to a regular char you’ll lose those achieve points and the chest with its items.

Unfortunately, my beta and regular characters are all over the 4000 points mark.

Contact support then to see what they say.

The odd thing is my beta character never earned any achievement points and logging in today (completing yesterday’s dailies with my normal toons) is what pushed me over the 4000 mark. I don’t think Anet took this beta scenario into account.

I did submit a ticket, but was just wondering if anyone has experienced this or an Anet rep could address this on the forum.

I don’t see how making a beta char and logging in would have given you any achieve points. If so, then it was your regular char that got the points and should have gotten any chests. Sometimes chests on the char that earned them disappear because of map changes. Maybe delete any beta chars, log in on the char you were last playing on and see if the chest appears. Another possibility, if there is a daily you haven’t done, do it and see if the reward chest’s appearance pushes any hidden chests out to the UI.

I am having this problem too. I logged into my beta characters and got my chest… my account says 2000 acheevos. I go into the live with my real characters and I can not pick up the box. >.<

this happened to me too! I’m scared to even open the chest. O_O

Same happened to me for my 14k achievement

login with non beta alt the chest should show up if you didn’t open and try full exit from game and restart the game.

I also got 12 achievement points accidentally because of the free pearl weapon, it completes my 1000 skin unlock and gives me that fashion title. so what happen now?

Well, they do say that any progress made on the beta char is not kept, so those achievement points should not be showing on your main account, if it is, then that sounds like a bug. If it were me, I would take a screenshot of the chests then delete all my beta chars and see what my achieve points were then. If they still are higher than what they should be, you’ll need to contact support.

Odd, on my account, I get no Daily Log-in Chest. I thought (though, evidently mistakenly), that both Beta and Main account got such rewards.

Oh well, no biggie.
