I want to start a positive community feedback thread. As you may or may not know, ArenaNet is hosting their annual Anniversary Sales which delivers new gem store discounts on current or retired items/products, with new sale items appearing everyday until the end of August.

Now what Gem Store item/service/products (retired or current) would you personally like to be included in this sale.

Please comment what you would like to see (please keep this positive and not have a rant about anything). Hopefully with enough comments and attention this thread will reach ArenaNets eyes and recurring comments may be considered/included in the sale!

Aimming to hopefully have a nice player and developer communication / collaboration.

Would love love love to have the boxing gloves, it’s the last item on my List of missed items from 2012-2014

I’ve been sitting on my gems for quite awhile now waiting for character slots to be discounted. The longer they make me wait the longer it will be until I actually buy more gems for other stuff.

Probably the best idea. Just go 50% off everything in store, this week only. Can’t wait to trade my 100 gems for 100g.

I can spend real money, but I feel like it ruins immersion when I throw in real life money so I like grinding and converting to gems. Buttttt tbh, if the black and white angel wings were to come back and the bunny ears I wouldn’t even think. My fingers would just move against my own will and buy them.

The discount items are likely already scheduled.

Id like for the red glint eyes to come back soon.

These two things and I’m happy

Decent discount on character slots, and no bundles. I want a discount, not bonus stuff thrown in on top.

Discount on perm harvesting tools. I don’t care if they have an effect or not, but for me $10 each is too much to justify paying for the gems.

I’ve been waiting for the bat wings glider skin for what it seems like forever, so my vote goes for that, but unlikely i guess, since halloween its too close already

I’d like to see a discount on these:

• Returning armor, like primeval, zodiac, etc.

I’m sure they’ve already set out the whole schedule of sale items, alas, so I’m not terribly hopeful my input will affect anything at all at this point.

Not that I’m the likely target for most of what will be on sale — back when I had a large discretionary income, I bought everything I wanted on the gem shop as it came out and have still managed to buy most of the new things even after I stopped working.

What do I want? Nothing, really, I already have it. What am I likely to spend money on if it shows up? A new character slot, maybe two if the price is good. If they show up at half price, I’d buy three. Also I do tend to buy keys when they’re on sale, in the extremely faint hope of getting a permanent hair kit. If they expand the number of possible bank tabs, I’ll buy more, ditto on shared slots. I always want more storage.

What would get me diving into my savings? My old town clothes skins rendered into multi-weight armors. I doubt they’ll have much that’s new in the sale though, if anything.

I would also love for Bank Tabs to go on sale, and I give a hearty +1 to all those who have requested a true sale on Character Slots.

Any other rare collectible stuff from 2012 or 2013 I would be happy with as well. I can’t think of anything in particular, but I’m a real sucker for stuff that hasn’t been in the gem shop for years. I bought the aviator glasses and bunny ears when they were last made available and don’t even really want to wear them on any of my characters. :p

It’s not what I want to see but mybe some other ppl might. For the past year as askin for my head piece I was using the Celebration Cap (the baseball cap with gw2 logo) that was avaible for free for the 1st month gw2 was released if I remember correctly and I recived a ton of wispers asking me where I got this skin and that it’s a shame it’s not avaible anymore. So since this is an aniversary I guess the return of the celebration cap wouldnt be that bad
