It could be one of these things:
Your graphics card is below requirements.
Your graphics drivers are out-of-date.
You have a corrupted file and need to -repair the client.
You can find some helpful tips in the Knowledge Base: https://help.guildwars2.com/categories/20117108-Technical-Support-Installation-Connectivity-and-Performance

Also make sure Direct X is installed and updated, had a problem one time after upgrading to 64 bit windows and found out Direct X wasn’t installed.

How do I do that? =)

It’s possible that have a valid installation of Direct X. This could be due to corruption or you may just not have it installed. Either way we should update this.
The first link will provide you with the June 2010 redistributable which will force Windows to update Direct X. I provided this link below:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 (download and run this first)
Once installed, please use the following link to install all material post June 2010 for Direct X. Again this link is provided below:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 (download and run this 2nd)
Please be sure to save the file to your Windows desktop. Then create a new folder on the desktop and extract the DirectX files into it. Once they have been extracted open the new folder and use the DXsetup file to install DirectX.
Hope this helps!
Edit: Also, I see you have no dedicated video ram, so if the direct x update doesn’t work, you may want to consider getting a different video card.

Downloading the direct x right now. Idk which video card I should get. Might have to ask my cousin, he knows all about computers. I don’t. lol Just like playing em!
okay idk what I did, but I clicked the first link and installed stuff onto the desktop. (lots of files came up on the desktop) I just put everything into a folder. then downloaded the 2nd link and said something like direct x has already been installed
This probably belongs in the technical support forum. At the very least you’d be able to get some official response there.

Go to start menu and then type dxdiag in run box and see what it comes up with, also yeah agree with above poster should belong in tech support, maybe report thread and have it moved.

It is probably your video card then. You could try updating your drivers, not sure if that would help. I don’t have a link but you might want to do a search for your video card or just go to the Intel website and see if you can find it. Other than that, you might need a different video card. Good luck!

They won’t be able to; he’s using a laptop. 99% of the cases the video chip is integrated into the laptop motherboard.
I got a feeling that your computer may very well not be powerful enough to run it.
You’re already running the minimum in terms of processing power, and laptop hardware is slightly ‘weaker’, if wanting a better word, than their desktop counterparts because of needing to keep the components as compact and small as possible, as well as running as cool as possible.
You can get external graphic cards for laptops, but for the price of a decent one you’d be most of the way there to a basic desktop PC, if you build it yourself and shop smart. Not only that, it won’t improve your processor, and GW2 is heavily CPU bound.
