Q:
Bots for hire - Game Enhancement
No.
Also they sould remove any kind of ways that allow certain classes to solo certain dungeons.
Dungeons is supposed to be group content, if you can’t do it on a group you don’t do it. This game already feels a lot like single-player mode, no need to improve that single-player even further.
(Plus, even if this was the greatest idea ever and recognized by Anet that should me implemented ASAP, you would have to way for the feature patch of 2016)
I wish they had them like they did with GW1 i don’t do dungeons in this game do to that fact ppl are mean and just plane rude and expect every one to have been playing since day 1 and know every thing ..

Why?
Why should I not be allowed to solo instances?
Because you said so? Because you think dungeons should only be performed by groups?
What about my desire to hone my skills and actually challenge myself?

I liked the heroes from GW1, but GW2 really does not need that sort of mechanic unless it takes a serious hit to it’s player base.
I miss the Mercenary Hero concept that allowed you to hire alts.
It meant all my characters could be on a team together in battle.
Yup sounds like the OP is talking about something similar to GW1 heroes.
I miss my heroes quite a bit. While I agree with other that there is absolutely no need for them in the open world, it would be very nice to at least have that option for instanced things like dungeons.
I will politely disagree with your desired request.
I played GW1 from release for 2 years and went through much of the game using NPC Hirelings and Heros. They were really a bandaid.
In GW2 there really is no need for this type of machination. If you want to gain dungeon rewards without the hassle of forming a group, do soloqueue pvp and gain them from the reward track.
BTW if you are using assistance in the form of Hirelings, you are not “soloing” content. Here to say.

i like soloing dungeons. they r too easy in teams, even solo its easy most of the times, just certain encounters r fun like lupi etc, why shouldnt we be allowed to solo stuff like that for fun…

I’m curious as to how a player doing something on their own has affected you to the point that you think the devs should do something about it.
Are you not getting picked up in parties or something?

I used to think (build op, pls nerf) like you, but then I took a nerf to the knee.
“What I would like to propose, if it hasn’t been already, is the ability to hire NPC bots to allow one to solo instances. I’d even be happy to pay real world money for them.”
The first problem is that the AI isn’t good enough. Did you know that your allies stand idle in aoe damage even when all enemies are dead? You only have to look at what happens to Destiny’s Edge in the story dungeons to see what is going to happen to other NPC allies. You could say that the allies AI should be better, well of course, but that isn’t trivial. Enemy AI needs work as first priority as that will improve the game for everyone all the time.
The second problem is that as soon as you can run these dungeons solo, everyone does run them solo. There is a catch-22 where people run it solo because nobody is forming a group, and nobody forms a group because everyone is running it solo. People don’t seem to believe it will happen but it does. It has happened in every MMO I’ve seen this system in place.
Yes to Heroes, no to real-money transactions to get them. I don’t bother running dungeons anymore because of the rampant elitism and kicking that goes on in them and I see no reason why those of us who refuse to be bullied by elitists, trolls and spoilt bullies should be denied the right to solo content that we’ve already paid for when we bought the game.
I think it’s a cool idea. If rewards are a concern, just tweak them down a bit for someone who is using these NPCs. 100% solo would be the same as I’m imagining it.
And if population is a concern, the lowered rewards would take care of that. People aren’t going to choose NPC-solo version over pure solo or player group for the sheer heck of it if the rewards are distinctly less in comparison.
What I would like to propose, if it hasn’t been already, is the ability to hire NPC bots to allow one to solo instances.
I am intrigued by your ideas, and would like to read your pamphlet. Actually, for about the same reasons; I only have small windows to play, and often pulling a pug together in that time is cumbersome, and often filled with trolls, I would love an opportunity to at least do the story dungeons with hirelings. That would be awesome.
