As an old player and a former player of guildwars, I miss the customization I had with my class in GW. Sure the sheer amount of skill made it hard to balance but creating a class that was unique to me was awesome. The current skills in GW2 are so limited that it makes me and I’m sure other feel limited in what they can build with their character.
~Side note: I know you have stated you don’t like so many skills due to balancing issues; its been over 2 years and you haven’t fully balanced what little you do have.

Secondly, you guys still haven’t fix the chaotic fight system in dungeons. I know you don’t want the “holy trinity”, but you haven’t given us a true working system. Try and give warriors some agroing abilities and a good defensive stance made for tanking, Or do it for everyone so there isnt a “tank” profession.
~Side note: The holy trinity is a good system because each and every profession is completely different. You guys tried to get rid of this system because you wanted to be different. I understand that, but making every class almost be able to do the same things kinda takes away what makes them unique. While i agree the holy trinity needs to go, you need to fix this system to make up for what we dont have…a healer….

TLDR: It’s been two years and the same major issues remain poor class customization and chaotic combat. Also are you guys going to touch on these subject or do you like them the way they are?

I like the way they are.
The defense mechanism for each class is already good enough.
You don’t need a healer or a tank when you can use your dodge , reflect , block etc correctly.

While you can dodge or block, you can only dodge so much and classes who have defensive skills still get one shot because they aren’t meant to tank. What i would like is away to hold aggro.

If you use them correctly , you should’t even get hit.
There are arah solo videos for all the classes, so I really don’t see there is a problem with defensive mechanism for pve.
If people get one shot a lot , they should really stop wearing zerker gears.

PS: I do support the idea of having more traits and utility skills tho.

But zerker gear is the only acceptable gear to wear! Very reliable sources have told me so.

as a player from Guild wars 1, I also prefer the way GW2 is now. A fight is not meant to be structured and bound up in the mores of aggro and tanking. A fight by its very nature should be chaotic and require timing, positioning and skills. Knowing when you need to dodge or accept the hit is critical. Sure, we have the issue that is LOS and stacking but that aside the aggro system as it is, is preferable to the old, holy trinity.

An enemy should target the weaker elements in your party. That’s the basis of all combat, attack the weak points. GW1 had it in a limited way where your casters may be targeted if aggro wasn’t held properly, but otherwise it was traditional.

Failure in the dungeons is merely a learn to play issue
