Condi Cleanse -> Condi Counters
Why?
conditions are nerfed overall 50% damage we didnt need it prepatch why would we now.
it’s not only about the damage, it’s also about what makes sense and an other way to deal with some effects (*as in mechanics that could perhaps enhance the gameplay and allow more builds to flourish)
Because it may change several other mechanics, like traits that depends on number of boons or conds, a whole lot of balance should be made if it was implemented.
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)

Also, certain boons and conditions have different durations. They are already de facto cancelled out while both are on you, but if your swiftness has 20 seconds remaining and you get hit with a 1 sec cripple, you would lose 19 seconds of swiftness. To expand on this, if you are bleeding and have regen for both -100hps and +100 hps respectively, then you essentially “don’t have” either. The more powerful duration wins out though.
There are too many passive condition and boon applications for any meaningful amount of either to remain on a player in any game mode if this were implemented.
