Dec 3 patch notes
Just wondering what the larger than normal patch was about.
Patch notes are nice, even if they say only a handful of things. I’m curious, too.
The notes will come, be patient.
They’re always kinda slow when it comes to patch notes, give it some time.
Plays every class though :>

you not learned yet that they put the notes up a little after the patch is released, be patient man lol.
More loot/drop nerfs i should guess …
They don’t like to put patch notes up before the patch, and I’d guess the same person does both so they usually come a few minutes after the patch.

I’m sure I’ll end up noticing what they changed, but I’m hoping the list comes within the hour.

If you believe some people every single patch has been a nerf in one way or another. It’s almost impressive if you consider the same people claim that the game was so broken as to be almost unplayable and not worth trying at launch…

I heard that they are fixing the loading screen bug, and its prolly some wintersday stuff also.
Actually, last few small patches there have been hardly any patch notes. Or at least I can’t find them any wheres on forums/announcements.
The trading post and other menus now have some hideous brown background.
I noticed that some of the UI windows have subtle black line borders as well as the typical translucent elements, but nothing significant I have noticed at the moment. I guess we should wait until the patch notes go up.

I’m expecting “routine maintenance”, yet i’ll notice jormag is now on a 6 hour timer and one of my skills doesn’t work.

It can be very big in terms of statistic balance, obviously it’s not a content patch but a patch is a patch and can range from loot buff to skill balance to disconnection fix.
Also as others have said it’s much more than that.

This is also a major possibility unfortunately.

Agreed — it is quite gross.
It’s quite a big update! 60+ MB so there’s bound to be quite a few changes/fixes…

i think they changed the BLTC window background. it still has horrible resolution bugs with the small interface size on my screen, though

some of them were called “new builds” even though they posted on twitter (and on the forum frontpage-message, i believe) that no content changes were made.
Normally, there’s the fix of CoE path 1 boss and impossibility to join back fractals when you’ve been disconnected. After, don’t know ^^

In any case, I’m happy to see event fixes, moreso if they do work out. And the personal story fixes are bound to be great for anyone stuck on certain missions!

99% of people on this forum go straight to general or their class forums and ignore the rst.
Looks like no fix to fractals disconnections. That’s rather unfortunate.
I like what I see, but this is the only confusing one to me.

In what way do they now prioritize minions and NPCs? Does the initial heal hit them as well or something?

AhAhAHhAhHAhAhAHHA. The people that have issues with this in the first place will likely get bitten by this patch. All those rogue guild leaders will take over their guilds hahaha

Guild missions say otherwise.
I really hope that AOE heals change is a typo and not what they actually mean, or else they’ve pretty much ruined AOE heals. It’s bad enough they limited to 5, now it’s going to heal the 5 worthless targets and let everything else die?

Take it easy dude, they fixed a bunch of bugs in this patch already. Just because something wasn’t fixed yet doesn’t mean it won’t be. Also this patch was minor stuff only, ascended gear outside of the dungeon isn’t exactly a minor thing, it’s extra content.
The nerfed AoE heals and Warriors are still overpowered. Balanced.
AoE heal thing was a typo, dev just commented in another post. That was my only concern with this patch, so it’s a hooray for me.

I hope that AoE healing ‘fix’ was a typo. It makes no sense to heal NPC and minion’s over your players in combat.
Also, I thought they had a fix for the FotM disconnection issue?
