What I’d like to suggest is two changes to the way experience scrolls (the ones that give you 20 levels) work:
- Allow us to use them past level 20 aswell! For example, if you don’t mind doing level 1 to 20 without a scroll but instead wish to use the scroll at level 20, 40 or 60, you should get that possibility (or anywhere in between).
- A second suggestion which has been made here (not by me) is mostly quality of life: experience scrolls do not seem to stack (but are viewed as seperate items), would be better that way.

Reasons why?

• Leveling is tedious when you have done it multiple times (I’ve gotten level 80 on 12 characters already)
• Most people wish to get to end-game as fast as possible because that’s where the fun is at: WvW, Dungeons and what not.

Also, could they please stack? I apparently have two kinds of level 20 experience scrolls, taking up two stacks in the vault.

Yes, but so what? They have exactly the same usage. I found this annoying, too.

Yes, experience scrolls should stack. Who the heck cares they are from different birthdays? They should simply be the same experience scroll in every birthday package.

Off-topic much? :p This thread is not about making experience scrolls stackables (although I don’t think it would hurt), but about making them useable past level 20… for obvious reasons.

Tomes of Knowledge ???

Maybe the answer is to give 10 tomes of knowledge for the option to use them at any point in the leveling process as a compromise on a scroll that skips them to the 20th level . You may find folks may spend these tomes at different levels spreading their leveling activity around different maps depending on their preferences instead of a level 20 scroll motivating them to avoid the early maps.

My thought was that Anet should create an MF recipe for them to convert to tomes of knowledge. Something like 1 scroll + 50 mystic coins + 1 pile of crystalline dust + 1 crystal = 10 tomes of knowledge.

How about 1 x Experience scroll and 250 piles of Bloodstone dust = Tome of Knowledge. That would save me some serious bank space.
