I give credit where credit is due.

Condi changes? Absolutely brilliant.

Two thumbs up to the developers on this one. FINALLY condi builds will be viable in PvE.

I love you guys. This is literally a dream come true for me.

I think I’ve been asking for this since beta.

I am half tempted to fly to Washington and give all of you big hugs.

Eh… as a condi necro in full verata I’m kinda weary of how they’re reducing condi damage to compensate for the increase in stack… Frankly with full verata my condi damage is pretty bad at present so what will it be like afterwards? Well group play is going to be better. Maybe with the armour and trait changes it’ll all balance out somehow.

In theory you should be better off, since the break even point is 700 condi damage and Im assuming you are well over this

I applaud the condi changes, but I actually have 2 concerns:
1- The confusion changes effectively remove counter-play to Confusion, since you’ll take damage even if you stop attacking. Hopefully the numbers are adjusted to make confusion damage extremely minimal when not attacking.
2-Vulnerability now increases condition damage taken; however, they made no mention of Weakness, which is almost exclusively a physical damage debuff. Should weakness now also reduce condition damage output? Since this is about balancing the scales an all, and the scales would still lean toward condition users in a pvp scenario.
