Guild Halls/Housing!
Player housing will be a windfall for Anet, they could sell plots of in game land in the gem store and we could use crafting mats to build custom housing, I hope if we ever get personal housing it’s not cookie cutter style but build your own.
put the correct term in but not everyone has kittens
DC universe had instanced housing and its been pretty successful for them. To make old/new content more interesting, they added furniture drops to most of the enemies on top of what they usually drop. They also added a collection system that once completed, would allow you to place different convenience items in your house like a mailbox or auction hall.
My point being, you can add practical function and longevity to a housing system if you get creative with its implementation. It adds sandbox type content for people that are into it and draws more people to the game which is good for people who aren’t particularly into it. Everyone wins.
And like someone else said, Swtor is getting it. Swtor.. That’s like China coming in first place in a “Freest country in the world” survey while America lags behind at number two.
I whould really like guild housing in game.I dont think we need player housing at all since from the games i played and games that had player housing all i find out is that player housing is quite worthless.Guild housing is good idea and bring this game little more towards amazing Guild Wars game.
I doubt we will see housing in GW2 until 6 to 9 months after the release of Wildstar. Housing is a main feature of Wildstar and I would be really surprise that GW2 would direct compete with it.
Team KYSA from Fissure of Woe
The enemy reveals himself… greetings from Vabbi.
They won’t do it, because they don’t wanna split the community and take them from the hub.
They also promised to make home instance important place which you can upgrade and take your friends inside. For me, even after finishing the personal story, all those sylvari in my home won’t even speak to me.
I guess zergfests are more important than making true living world where people can live, not just fight.
