Guild Wars 2 Wiimotion Control + Downloads
Controls:
All Classes:
Nunchuck Joystick – Character Movement
Wiimote D-Pad Down – ‘Tab’ to nearest/next enemy
Wiimote D-Pad Left – ‘F’ Key, for looting and gathering
Wiimote 1 – Jump ‘Spacebar’
Wiimote B – R Skill
Nunchuck Z – L Skill
Wiimote A – A Skill
Hold L Skill, Swing Wiimote – Normal Weapon attack, ‘1’. Used for all classes. No specific swing is necessary, just a velocity threshold needs to be passed. If you move the nunchuck when doing this, you may activate an actual left-handed skill.
Switch Weapons – R + A Skill, With Wiimote, Draw a sword that is sheathed behind your back, from where the handle would be -> to the wiimote almost pointing towards the screen. Simply put, a flick of the wrist downward from your shoulder. The Wiimote is looking for the negative angular velocity. Attached is an example picture.

Who do I sue if I smack my wii remote on my monitor?
You probably need a wider space if that’s a question
Ha that is pretty cool.
That’s pretty neat.
Unfortunetly this Glovepie is essentially a macro application for rebinding the Wii movements to keyboard/mouse controls. I’ve been infracted numerous times previously for mentioning far, far simpler keybind changes than that.
So good luck with this. Still very neat. If only I had a Wii controller, lol
I didn’t think of that but I know what you are talking about. I’m sure they wouldn’t care about this when it’s an “additional” way to play and you will actually be pretty bad unless youre secretly a master swordsman in real life lol. None of these scripts shortcut anything. But man does it make you feel cool when you actually manage to remember and pull off a combo
Dying to see if anyone manages to get a Kinect to work with GW2 somehow
keybinding changes are allowed if it doesn’t give the user an advantage. (some people use them to play with xbox controllers.)
I can’t see this giving anyone an advantage as it must be kind of “clumsy” in comparison to keyboard, but probably good fun.

Devs can’t even get that piece of garbage to work properly with games that are made for it.

Never underestimate the ability and sheer determination of a modder.
Have you SEEN the skyrim mod community? There is a reason the very first thing most will send you is a link to a modding site.
Very cool.
We need some out of the box thinking like this to fix Ranger-Sword.
(b/c Anet has yet to admit it’s a mess)
Any Mesmer script in the works? or something general?
a general one for any class would just be to map simple directional motions to each number.
Does the pointer work for the mouse with these scripts?

For every good Elder Scrolls mod, there are 100 nude mods.

So nice.

Very nice. As long as you keep it to one action doing one activity(the same as one button press giving one activity) it should be fine. Just need the money and space in the apartment to use it.
Bravo! I’m sure this will truly enhance the gaming experience for people who decide to use it. Very innovative!
Grats, I use to use the wiimote in GW1 and L4D2. Thanks for the post
This seems pretty nifty! I think the only thing that would draw me out of getting immersed with the controls is skill cooldowns
