Its a generic term ( insult ) used to infer someone is no good at their job .

its the exact same thing as noob, but saying noob in real life sounds silly, and saying scrub does not.
but either one means you should just ignore them. since its a clear indicator that, that person has less skill than you and you should leave immediately to avoid a bad time/run.
