When you submit a report, you usually get an email response with a confirmation that they received your report and your ticket number. IF you have anything to add to that report, reply to the email, they sent you.
Usually within 72 hours a CS Agent will reply by email to your report.

If OP is talking about old, resolved tickets which iirc could be found from a list, then those have to be found by looking at old emails now. They removed that list when they updated the ticket system some months back.
