How many of you have used today’s /plane emote whilst standing on a ship alone or with his/her ingame lover and humming the Titanic tune ?

I tried, at the airship in Fort Trinity, but it didn’t really work out.

I might have maybe known someone who probably could have known someone else who may or may not have had a mother, father, grandmother, dog or even a kettle that had been on the titanic 100 years ago.

Faceplanted twice yesterday. Once in the Grove, because it was easy. I lawl’d at the pile of corpses at the bottom that preceded me. And thanks to the kind soul who rezzed me in spite of the jaunty music.

Second time was alone, in the cold, off a windy bluff into the shallows below, battered by the remnants of driftwood.

…that could be an awesome game. Describe the location where you, um, “crash landed.”

I was boring, I just jumped off the edge by the DR bank. But it was redeemed by hearing the music (it wasn’t spoiled, a guildie just told me to die by jumping off something, and I laughed very loudly when the music started) and even more by a comment of a bystander at whose feet I had fallen:

“It’s raining men!”
