I want a refund
they will give you a refund if you ask nicely on support, but alas, you had to be a complete kitty and post a whole thread on the general discussion forums, DEMANDING A REFUND, like an entitled little whiny kid
After the 15th you’ll be able to request a refund from customer service. Not before.

You can submit questions about the Feature Build after it goes live on April 15th. In the meantime, watch for more information via our Knowledge Base (search: Wardrobe) and blog posts.
Everyone: Please do not submit tickets or make forum posts about the Feature Build at this time. Customer Support cannot assist with these matters in advance of the build going live.
So in other words, stay tuned for more information and don’t contact support regarding this until the April 15th patch as they cannot help you at this time. Submitting tickets about things related to the Apr 15 patch will just slow down support for those that need it and they can’t help you at this time.

Perhaps it would have been a better idea if the OP had asked if anet was providing refunds due to the wardrobe.
oh okay, thats why i posted, i have not kept up with the information and i was a bit frustrated about it, thank you for the input!
