Hmm, if I could have a unique custom for my Main character, then it woudl be most likely
“Black Orchid”, as thats what connects my main to my thought out Character History, rather than what I connect to it storywise from the game…
If i had to use somethign that stands in connection with the Story of the Game, then I thin i would use something simple as like
“Dragonslayer” or “The Butcher of Divinity Reach” as a nice little trivia/homage to Geralt of Rivia from the Witcher Series, which is known as the Butcher of Blaviken

During The Source of Orr King Reza says “For this service, I grant you an ancient honor: you shall carry the title “Champion of Orr” from this day forward. Remember us as we once were."
I was really confused when I discovered this wasn’t an actual title I could use. At first I thought maybe I had to finish the entire personal story, then I realised it just wasn’t available.
I’d also like to see the Order titles and any others we earn during the story. Maybe even the ones from the very beginning – Snaff Savant, Wyld Hunt Valiant, Hero of Shaemoor, Slayer of Issormir and Legionnaire.

I’d rather just have titles work in this fashion. We have enough, and there are enough good words, names and places mixed in that we could have some really neato names, but the customization just does not exist.
Like the idea. Perhaps earning not just new words to be incorporated into the title but additional word slots too. The longer the desired title the more slots to earn.

Blood Bank – Bleed x creatures to death.
Venomous – Poison x creatures to death.
Goat – Complete every jumping puzzle. I still can’t believe that there’s no meta-achievement and title for this. You could even award a boot skin with little wings on it.
Big Game Hunter – Kill every world boss.
Jack of all trades – Have one character of each class at lvl 80.

Rating agencies always have to ruin everything but I’m sure they’d take them into account. When first trying to make a name in a game with online the system will get you mad by saying, “Inappropriate name, try again” or whatever since in singleplayer it’s totally fine.
The restrictions I think would of course be inappropriate names, but also to keep you from sham titles. Like if you never made Legend last season you won’t be allowed to create an Exalted Legend title or maybe even Exorted Legend just to be safe.
Nudist. For earning x amount of xp while not wearing armor.
That’s a good one. I’ve found you can go from level 1 to 30 without using any gear if you’re careful, but after that it starts to become significantly harder. Of course you can always rely on friends to help out. Also, it’s so easy to gain EXP from other methods (tomes, cooking, etc) that it may need an alternate check instead of exp or levels.
Here are a couple others I thought of:
“Zommoros Hates Me” or “Zommy Hates Me” – achieved by putting a high number of rares and exotic weapons into the forge without getting a precursor.
“Glutton for Punishment” – achieved by getting the PvP top score for Damage Received a certain number of times.
“IT’S A DOLYAK! KILL IT!!” for when I play wvw
“Inventory Wars Soldier” for Auric Basin
“Useless Stuff Farmer” for pve (I’m always stopping to gather things!)
