In-game voiced cinematic
well i sure hope they can re-do it for all the original personal quest.
There’s a thread about this on the F&F forum, and yeah, people like this much better.
I’d certainly like to see more of it going forwards, but going back? That would be a colossal waste of resources, imho. You say “a lot of work but it would be a lot better”, and sure, but “a lot of work” is understatement of the year! It would take the same amount of work as making dozens or hundreds of NEW cinematics.
So what would you rather have? Old content that most of us are past re-done as cinematics, or huge amounts of new content? I vote for huge amounts of new content. Living art stuff like the intro for your character is really good, too, and definitely should not be changed.
It’s only the personal story stuff with the two people talking that is kind of weak.

I hope so too.

The intro is good but not the other conversations you have in every mission with art in the background and two heads chatting. People said they wanted cinematics like in GW1 before GW2 came out but we got this and it’s not good because it leaves you rather disconnected from the story and not like you are a part of it, it’s not deep enough.
