Hey guys,

I’ve been absent from the game for almost 2 years and I was just wondering if anyone has recommendations for priorities that I should complete or other tasks that should be done to get ready for the expansion, or any pertinent content that I should check out. Thanks for the help

Welcome back!

The main thing I would recommend is to play through the Living World Season 2 to experience the story in preparation for its continuation in Heart of Thorns.

You can either purchase the Season yourself in the gem store to play through it, or you can find a fellow player that already has it unlocked and play through it with them for free – the Season 2 story is far better than Season 1 and the Personal story.

Other than that, you might want to complete as many hero challenges as possible, as excess hero points will be usable for unlock Elite Specializations on your characters come the expansion.

There are a tonne of other things you should check out, and there are a lot of blogs going up this week with all of the information on the expansion.

These are all great suggestions! I’m just getting logged in, but they explained some stuff through the UI. I’m gonna keep an eye on the expansion info, and I noticed the hero point system I need to look into that further as well. Thanks all, so far I am very happy how smooth the game runs, its aging nicely.
