The big chest is now only lootable once per account per day not onece per character per day.

Intended or #stealthnerf?

As far as I know it’s been that way a while…. Just like all the other world bosses.

Hold on; for all I know you could loot that chest at least two times a day with the same character. Just the extra-chest with the guaranteed rare that pops up in the UI won’t be there anymore.

Was there any change to this?

Main karka chest was unique in it being not capped at all (neither for account nor for char). That was intentionally introduced, even was in patch notes if i remember well. You are saying that it got stealth nerfed?

Extra chest (2 rares) is once per day per account.

Big chest WAS unlimited per day (5 karka shells + stuff). This chest only once per day per account now.

Big chest only once per account per day!? Egads! Well, I’ll test it once for myself but if I do it with two toons and don’t get the big main chest with the 3 exotic champ bags on the 2nd toon, then yeah… I’ll do it once and that’s it.

Just one more reason not to run alts and less reason to play this game. GG, Anet.

No, I have done Karka up to 3 times in 24hrs on the SAME character and gotten the main chest repeatedly the bonus chest was just once in 24hrs.

First they allow looting it multiple times to revive the island, now they undo it and kill the map again. Nice job anet.

More and more as time passes, it really seems like they simply do not “get it”.

They tried to revive it. I don’t think it was successful. The island is still a ghost town other than when people are there for the event. On the other hand that is pretty much true for every other map that isn’t Queensdale or whatever map the LS happens to be in.

People on my server did karka queen on main map + overflow after every tequatl kill (about 6 times per day). I guess there wont be any more overflows at karka queen now.
