Lack of Last Logged in. Why?
yup.. we need this so that we can kick the afk guild member. who knows they quit the game altogether already…
Archeage = Farmville with PK
They have not. The guild system is incredibly lacking and and buggy for a game that has the word guild in it. No word on when its functionality will be improved.
/doestheshrug at the person to tell me the name is from lore prior to GW1
“All the things you love about Guild Wars 1 improved in Guild Wars 2”
Another nail in the coffin.
Anything that costs money but doesn’t make money won’t be done.
The only way to see when someone was last active, is by checking the achievement point leaderboards (website) for your guild, hovering over their name, to see when they last earned a point.
So kittening annoying, slow clap for anet.
If “last seen” were a thing some smart boy would figure out how to mine the information, and then we would know exactly how many players are in-game daily.
Just do a “last seen = today” search.
Obviously Anet doesn’t want to share that sort of information with anybody.
Has Anet ever given an explanation as to why this basic guild function has not been implemented?
My guess is that they didn’t implement it because it would show 60-80% (I don’t have numbers) of the original playerbase is inactive.
Not quite what you are looking for but you can use the Achievements leaderboard to see the last date someone in your guild earned an achievement point.

Log in, select the guild you want to check and mouse over the achievement number. Of course this will not show anyone that’s just logging in to dance in Lion’s Arch or w/e but since points come so easily it’s a good indication of your guild member’s last date of activity
