That was a nice surprise to wake up too! I already did the full makeover. You can change anything like you would on character create, even gender lol. But you cant change race or class.

But now i got the look i want, thanks!

Bring name change next and i will complete.

Was hoping for a profession change for my Ranger.

Ah well might make use of the hair change.

Are they bugged? Bought one 20 min ago and it never showed up in the mail or for pickup.

Try deleting some old mails.

I had the same problem during Halloween with devil horns, my mailbox was full and it didn’t tell me. By the time i realized it and deleted old mails I had like 10 pairs of devil horns waiting for me from trying to order it over and over :p

Anet, please add tatoo for humans too

I created my Sylvari Necro in ultra haste on the pre-purchase weekend when the servers opened 3 hours early so have always wanted to go back and tweak her. Is there a confirm button you need to click to apply your makeover so you can decide not to use it on that toon after checking out different hair and skin colours etc? I might not want to use it on my Sylavri because she’s grown on me (no pun intended) after all this time.

Anyone know?

Why not create a temporary sylvari just to check some new looks you might like, and change your “real” sylvari when you’ve found a look that suits you.

Yes, there is. You can freely close the makeover window and come back to it later.

The kit is only consumed once you click the button to confirm, and even then it opens a second prompt double checking before applying the changes.

Name change should have been in the total makeover – especially since gender change is included! People should be allowed to choose new names for themselves if they change sex!

nah. People know each other by their names. It’s not the same as appearance. If you allow characters to change names it will become harder to tell which of the more or less reputable folks on your server are.

If I change my character’s gender I do not want to have a Hulk-sized male named Cherry or a 20 years old girl named Carl.

My friends will learn my characters new name with time, all it takes is a little memory, but with no name change my character will be ridiculous forever

I just want a name change so I can switch two of my character names

I hope by the end of this week we’ll get the name change from BLTC. The makeover kit was totally unexpected for me.

Good job, Anet, now add the Name Change Contracts too so that we can change our character names.

This is something I’m also desperate to see, especially in light of the recent release of reserved names. I finally got the name back I wanted and now have no way to move it over to my main.

Does this offer new (unique) looks that are not available in the original creation process or is this basically just a re roll your appearance option

Hell yes! thanks Anet! amazing UI, decent prices. I’m getting at least one for sure.

I’m verrrrrrryyyyyyyy happy about this, I kind of wish I could save my original character design though in case I want it back later, though.

Sad that I have to give Anet money (or use a lot of gold) to fix a bug (I have the durrrrrr female Sylvari eye bug) but whatever.
