So I love playing my elementalist, but unfortunately a lot of the male light armors just don’t interest me. But the two armor sets that look really nice are the PvP rubric set and the PvP masquerade set(tribal set). But of course they either aren’t in PvE at all or only once piece is available in PvE. I understand that there are also missing PvE armor for the medium and heavy sets as well. And I’ve seen a lot of different threads here asking about them but Anet never seems to reply to any of these topics.

So basically tl;dr: Will someone from Anet please reply to this topic and tell us what’s up with these missing armors and/or if there’ll be any way to acquire them in the near future?

We have been asking those questions since the start of the game. I have yet to see any dev response.

The rubric set can be found in PvE, but it’s probably one of the rarest thing. I found the chest piece in Fields of Ruin back in september.

I’ll all for new armor sets, and even more for armor sets that are already in the game but cannot be found (or are a little too rare).

I haven’t a clue about the light armor sets in general, but I think if it is possible to get any armors this will tell you how:

As for the rubric set, there is once piece available in pve, which is the chest, the rest is unobtainable. For the medium armor set commando set the gloves and boots are unobtainable in pve.

If its simply an issue of the drop rates being bugged and not dropping at all then I see no reason why Anet can’t comment on it and say so. Or if they don’t know then these types of threads will help bring it to their attention. At the very least I want a clear answer on this issue.

The work has been done, the models are in the game. Just let us use them…

I strongly suggest you guys contribute to this other topic I already made some months ago as it lists the currently unavailable skins and is open to gather more info (as the info on unofficial sites is Always unaccurate about skins, trust me).

I’m aware of your thread, but I wanted to create a thread asking Anet asking for a response on the topic of missing armors. While that thread is more about listing which armors are missing and how you might go about acquiring them in PvE.
