So after reading so many confusing and more confusing posts attempting to re-explain the new daily’s and monthlies i have found only one thing certain.

I DIDN’T get a laurel for my login and i DIDN’T get one for finishing today’s daily . . .

I am 3 short of finishing my second ascended armor set and 38 short of working on my Grand Artisan title. Not happy about this.

Everything else is amazing so far and i can’t thank Anet enough! This Laurel thing is concerning me and bumming me out a bit though.

laurels come on different days, not every day. take a look at the list for login rewards on wiki

Not super stoked on this but I appreciate the info. Had i not been 3 laurels away from finishing my rangers full armor set i probably wouldn’t have minded. Looks like i have to wait a full week now instead of another 1.5 days…

The transition to this new system would have likely been more appreciated by people working on laurel based items if they gave out more in the beginning instead of telling us not to worry about it and taking them away in the short term.

6 of the 28 login awards give a total of 35 laurels and the last gives you a choice of rewards including a choice of 20 laurels.

Well some of us got laurels because the patch hit this afternoon and you got a log in reward, then when the dailies reset we got another log in reward.

I think I got a laurel for the wintersday dailies, which, confusingly, still use the old system
