Just got the message that the patch will be available in the next hour… still no notes though…

the last couple of updates they where up before the patch is live, not long before but before none the less. Not really anything to get stressed over unless you are trying to game the TP.

They notes have always been posted at least an hour or so before the patch goes live (not counting hot-fixes and such)

Patience is a virtue. It’s also a game delivered with windows which you can use to waste time until patch notes arrive.

I was wondering too, with all the discussion about the “Leaked Patch Notes” I wanted to see the real notes for myself so I kept checking.

last patch the notes were posted 3 days prior if I remember correctly

Either way it is what it is – people are just anxious to see the changes because all of teh changes to traits, etc -

The earliest patch notes that have been posted have been on the same day, usually just a few hours before.

I only know the stuff about the new living story content(Atherblades)? Where did she post about balance changes? Can’t find this – at least not on her website.

Also: I hope they are posting the official patch notes soon… waiting is boring and we can’t do anything else at the moment. WvW down… must take longer this time because of actual WvW changes(Mortar skills)… otherwise they wouldn’t have to take it down hours before – few minutes would be enough.

Edit: Found it… I thought it was later then the other posts but was earlier and I did not look ealier posts than the ones about the living story content.

I still can’t find any patch notes on dulfy.com, do you mind sharing the link to that?

Apparently was not a real patch note… when I read I found it was only the same the posted on Guild Wars 2 website… – no real patch notes only that it was mentioned they wanted to change stuff for build diversity.

I don’t think there are any killable cats in the world are there? bunnies, owls, fox, armadillos, rats, and fish are the ones I see the most

I hope they are going to take PvE down soon until the patch is released. I don’t like this bullkitten – can’t play WvW and all the PvE players still can turn off their brains and farm their dungeons repeatedly… but then again… they might get kicked out of the dungeon when 5 minutes earlier they announce the patches. There might be a few that did not see the warning a few hours ealier and I’m sure they are not going to send another 1-2 hours warning cause they already did this. Next warning will be max 5 minutes(I think usually it’s only 1-2 minuets.

lol why you hate pve players so much? Did they steal your supply or repair a wall while it was being trebbed?

If you are in an instance (this includes dungeons) you have 3 hours before you are kicked out. Non-instanced PVE gets 3 minutes.

They should just kick them within 2-3 minutes. They know about the patch cause it already had been announced a few hours earlier. Their problem if they still go to the dungeon. Also they still play with the old balance stuff then which seems a bit like exploiting to me. They should be forced to reconnect and update the new client as everyone else. No exeptions for the PvE “lets turn our brains off and farm for hours the same dungeon” guys.

Because most patches does effect WvW in some way and therefore they need to prepare the WvW servers and save the points before starting the patching?

I am personally more or less a full-time WvW:er as well, so I understand what you are saying, but it is quite logical. We might lose out of points because of the servers not updating and saving if they shut it down 3 minutes before a patch and so on.
