My new Herald. Skins used:

- Light of Dwayna

Colours used:
- Abyss
- Various shades of green.

Light of Dwayna doesn’t mix well with the tequatl swords. Also I would work on the skirt, looks pretty low level gear and – again – doesn’t mix well with neither light of dwayna and tequatl skins. That’s just my opinion though.

For the backpack I was thinking about Shadow of Grenth but don’t have money atm to craft it and I currently only own Chaos of Lyssa, Light of Dwayna, White Wings that were for my guard and mes :P. And yes, skirt is low level gear but others I own didn’t fit very well either. I like Brahm’s leggings but that would be 800gems for just 1 part, i’m currently debating whether it’s worth it :p

Do you mind me asking what race the heavy armour set is on? I’m guessing its human but I’ve tried a similar combination on my human warrior in game but it doesn’t seem to come out looking the same.

My Sylvari:

- 1 piece of Tier 3 cultural armor.

My revenant has a mix of Braham’s pieces, bunny ears, Honor of the Waves, and a Silverwaste bodyarmor piece. The last one is an alternative look with the hand armor hidden and the dye used on the sleeves almost matches the skintone.

I have a new alt, finally made a Revenant and leveled him to 80. Haven’t quite unlocked Herald yet but his initial set up is:

Mistward Headwrap – gold/flare
Ascalonian Protector Pauldrons — tarnished silver/pyre
Mistward Plate — tarnished silver/tarnish/dark chocolate
Claws of Koda — tarnished silver/midnight ice
Primeval Legplates — Glint’s isolation/white gold/cocoa
Warband Boots (cultural) — tarnished silver/midnight fire

Using the Cavalier sword and currently auric axe and ambrite hammer, though weapons/armor are a wip.

I’m going for an Alis from Phantasy Star Generation 1 look (wings and bunny ears my personal touch) for my revenant but can’t seem to find the proper leg armor for her and pit fighter seems best so far. I’m going for the game rather than the box art’s aesthetics so if the face and armor shades look too different that’s why. Zodiac Leggings look promising especially since the Phalanx boots cover most of the legs and I can make my guardian weird and glowy as a bonus.

I tend to limit my characters to 1 base color of black or white and I then I like to have one primary theme color, like purple, that is of a vibrant hue. On some elements of pieces I will then incorporate the unused base color as a supporting accent to offset the base, as well as an additional, less-vibrant shade or two from the primary theme color’s spectrum. I follow this design on most of my characters, though most of my characters are sylvari so it works well due to having the additional elements of their skin, pattern and glow colors to incorporate into the overall appearance as well.

Fantastic! All of the pieces look as though they were designed to go with each other.

With the golden accents I can easily see her as being an Egyptian Goddess, especially if you also wear the Golden Feather Wings or the Wings of Glory (or the Macaw Wings for a perfect Wadjet).

For the backpiece, I use the Light of Dwayna at the moment.

Viper’s chest, Vigil Headband, Viper’s Boots, Scout (I think) Gloves, and the pants I don’t remember lol. Dyes are Shadow Abyss, Electro Lime, Enameled Generation, Vintage Silver (metal accents on boots), and Enameled Solitude. Going for an awesome rocker look.

Mesmer and Guardian.

Both are compromises.
For the mesmer I went for the least possible clipping,and for anyone who has a Charr you know how hard this can be,and for the Guardian I wanted to give the ley stone armor a proper heavy look,with as much coverage as possible and no “mini skirts with a armor plate here and there” as is the original design.
