Dear Anet,

Please make Tattoo and scar pattern armor for GW2. These were my favorite from GW1 and are very unique among armor designs in general. I know you said it takes a lot of work to produce armor for GW2 (believe me I’m familiar with 3D modeling, rigging, and animation). However this type of armor is really just a texture applied to the base body so it should be a lot less work relatively speaking. You basically just need to paint the texture and make shaders for each race and gender. And if at all possible could you PLEASE pretty please make it an in-game reward? I’ll love you forever! <3

Don’t forget that they also have to make the loin cloth and chest wrap, which also isn’t a huge ordeal.

Yeah I figured at least they could just use the underwear everyone already has, but if they want to go the extra mile and make a fancy loin cloth that’s still not a big deal; certainly not as much as making a whole new body mesh.

I sincerely doubt they would to this kind of armor which is usable only by humans: asuras have furr-ish stripe-ish thing, charr have furr, sylvari have leaves and norns already have tattoos.

But I would love it for my characters!

Asura Body-paint-machine! Paint your body, no problem. Note: Warranty doesn't extenct to unexpected permanent neon pink fur color.

Well, Necromancers already have a face paint, the skull paint looks kitten on Charr, too bad it wasn’t that detailed on humans, like what you could see on tv or some modernized voodoo.

Just google “skull face paint” or “voodoo face paint”…

I don’t see why other races can’t have scars or tattoos. Check the Tribal set on a charr. It puts a white paint pattern on top of the fur.
