SAB - Pain Cliffs - unreachable upgrade

Hi guys, check my screenshots. I have found this hidden item in W2Z2. It however requires skill that is probably acquired in World 3 or 4 (so non-existent).

Do you have any idea what it might be?

Already under discussion, along with notes on the designer saying this involves a World not yet (maybe never) released.

That is not yet in the game. Me thinks it’s a glove upgrade you get from W3-W4 but those are not out yet.
