Guild Wars 2

Like many others, I can’t get into the game because the update is freezing in the “Initializing” phase. My Support ticket is in, but it doesn’t look as if I’ll be back for St. Patty’s Day. So I was wondering if there are any special, festive things I’m missing in-game… any drops or even just an NPC in a tavern that tells off-color jokes.

So to kill time, I gotta ask:

• Would you rather have shamrocks or real rocks?
• Would you rather have champagne or real pain?
• Would you rather have shampoo or real poo?

Just wondering. Just waiting. (Sigh). C’mon, guys… I wanna play again so I can gripe about all the new bugs firsthand!

There are a few UI elements that are green now (like the /say text and border around the screen when you go into downed state) that some have theorized is meant for St. Patty’s. But other than that, I haven’t found or heard anything.

I’d prefer champagne for my real friends, and real pain for my sham friends ;D

Nothing special is going on. The only thing you are missing is not advancing the login rewards and whatever gold you normally made each day.
