Still possible to get blade shards?
Aetherblade path, the ‘Not So Secret’ JP and the sprocket generator also can give one or two a day. I beleive sprockets can be upgraded to blade shards too in the mystic forge.
Aetherblades can drop them.
The sprocket node some people have in their home instance can drop them (if you don’t have one, you can borrow the one in someone’s home instance if they have it.)
You can turn sprockets into blade shards in the mystic forge, but you need one to get that started.

The easiest way is to just get 1 single Blade Shard from Aetherblades, and then slowly invest your gold into Watchwork Sprockets, and promote them in the MF.

I just posted the same in the other thread on shards.
This is by far the easiest… if you have the gold. Don’t waste your time farming Aethers in EotM or the JP, the yields are extremely slim.
