Well something rather funny happened today after zoning in to Diessa plateau.
I somehow spawned on top of a tree which I really don’t remember being there. Christmas came early I suppose.

So what is the strangest thing that happened to you after entering a zone?

I sometimes find myself behind portals (zone transitions, elevators in DR) and that’s always pretty cool. Like sneaking behind the stage design in theatre.

In Guild Wars 1 Eredon Terrace you could attack the merchant and teleport to him, through the portal. This allowed you into a rather large “off limits” area. Went there often, it was a pretty nice place to be.

Porting into temple of lyssa, i get stuck in the floor about half the time, then i have to port again to get unstuck.

A guildie did that once. We went thru the portal and she disappeared but started laughing in chat. I could see her dot but not her. Finally saw her standing on top of the tree. Strange. Lol.

I have stood on that very same tree myself(I think) while zoning in from The Wayfarer Foothills to Diessa Plateau a few months ago. I too thought, hmmm…was this tree always here.

Now sure, I am a female human Ele, in light armor but still, that is one sturdy pine if you ask me
