• PvE – “Daily Squanderer”: Destroy a stack of 250 account bound items.

Now I want to see the achievement “Legendary squanderer” introduced. The reward for completing it would be a legendary weapon. ANet should refuse to confirm its existence and so it becomes a real measure of courage.

I’ve been destroying stacks of Bloodstone-Dust on a regular basis. It’s anything but a measure of courage.

- Stuff stuff stuff! Collect 30 pieces of trash
- What side are you on? Heal an enemy or have a buff stolen from you
- Home, sweet home. Visit your home-instance
- Boycott the exploitation. Visit 3 different maps without using a waypoint
- Supporting local economy. Buy something from a ventor in region xy

-Daily Jerk: /threaten 10 NPCs in <random city>.

-WE’RE NOT WORTHY: Bow before each crafting master/trainer in <random city>.

-Winning “streak:” Beginning at the WP to Salma District, run the complete circle around Divinity’s Reach in your underwear.

- Armor? LOL: Complete 3 group events while naked (underwear).

Use 20 environmental weapons

Use 3 different consumable weapons

Use 3 different consumable effects.

PvP

• Interrupt an enemy heal.
• Dodge an elite skill or attack.
• Dodge, block or otherwise avoid an attack which would have downed you.
• Class-specific: As a Mesmer, produce more than 12 boons with a single use of Signet of Inspiration.

WvW

• Destroy a siege engine while a friendly wall or gate which the next attack from that engine would have broken is within its attack range.
• Class-specific: As a Mesmer or Guardian, reflect a Ballista bolt or a Catapult stone.

C-C-C-COMBO MAKER!!

(Create 20 spell combos)

The new daily system reminds me of the Zaishen missions in GW1. So I would suggest each day in PvE to add diversity in each activity.
- 1 to 3 specific bosses to kill from veteran (like the corrupted wolf master) to world boss
- 1 to 3 specific jumping puzzle/mini dungeons to perform
Etc…

Stuff that involves emotes would also be fun. Dancing in front of the Dwayna statue in Divinity’s Reach. Bowing to Queen Jennah.

I know the dailies are intended to get people to try different parts of the game, but throw some fun ones in there. Another part of the game is socializing and silliness, that doesn’t get highlighted as much.

I wish SO MUCH that the dailies were silly/fun things that we would all get a laugh out of doing, particularly en masse

Naked Champ farming; dance parties; ridiculous scavenger hunts using nodes, vistas, jps, items purchased from particular karma vendors, etc.; stupid deaths (something in which I know I excel lol) such as flinging your char off the top of Mt Maelstrom; finding some specific ‘hidden secret’ of Tyria (and there are LOADS of those); you get the idea.

Really it’s not hard to think up activities that are not only fun to do, but that are even more fun when many people are trying to do it at the same time, which you always get at reset time. Some of my happiest gw2 memories are from things like that (like the first day of the Not So Secret aetherblade hideout jp, when there were masses of people trying to do it and it was literally raining falling players, I died so many deaths and laughed so hard I could hardly breathe lol). Mad and hilarious

I’ve been trying to think of dailies that you don’t have to go super out of your way for that you could complete in a play session. Also, ones that don’t take away from the game mode itself (WvW veterans, PvP profession wins).

PvE:
-Travel to 5 unique zones
-Collect and salvage 5 items from mobs
-Defeat 5 unique veterans

WvW:
-Stomp an enemy for a bloodlust stack
-Travel 100k units
-Rally three allies in the down state

PvP:
-Capture a point and defend it for 1 minute
-Decap far point three times in a single match
-Secure two top stats awards in a single match
-Anything to do with side objectives (lord, svanir, skyhammer)

We should get titles in game for using the forums. Possible titles:

Forum Warrior: 100 posts in 24 hours
Magswag: Receive 1,000 Infractions in 30 days

Well….. Daily Jumping Puzzles would be nice.

- Find a bucket
- Deliver ten hits to an invincible chicken
- Find and read ten books
- Threaten a crab

Show Restraint: Attack an Ambient creature without killing it.
Death from above: Jump from on high, killing yourself and an enemy
It’s a wafer thin: Spam 11 Food items
Oh yes they call him the streak: Run thru a group event without any armor and without getting event credit
Missed it by that much: Jump while using goggles, killing yourself by hitting both land & water
Last minute entry: Get credit for group event by only hitting boss below 5% HP
It’s better to give: Give another group event player the exotic drop you received from boss chest
And a child shall lead them: Follow a child around any major city for 10 minutes
Spooooon: Complete Tequatl twice today
Channel your inner Cousteau: Complete an Aquatic event
Big fish, little pond: Complete starter area event with Commander Tag on
You owe me!: Participate in World boss event without doing any of its pre-events
Too drive to drunk: Consume 10 alcoholic beverages then report to a Lionguard for duty
Beat a dead horse: Start a forum Mount thread

PvP: Insult another players mother and/or sexual preference in a PvP match.
PvE: One-shot every mob in a low level event, successfully preventing any player lower level than you from getting credit.
WvW: Enter combat 10 times as a thief, stealthing away like a balls-less coward whenever the enemy actually fights back.

New daily: Engage another player in a costume brawl.

I feel that costume brawling doesn’t get enough attention, and should at least be invited to be a little more visibly doable.

Alas! Even our own characters think so.

Suggested New Daily: Cross Country Cruiser — run from one end of a zone to the other (or follow a series of waypoints) without using speed boosts, within a set time limit.

Vanquish a Dev: defeat a Dev in spvp or wvw. How dare they not give you what you want!

I’ve been destroying stacks of Bloodstone-Dust on a regular basis. It’s anything but a measure of courage.

Well, I was implying that you would get it by destroying a legendary weapon rather than any legendary material, but if you are going to be pedantic then bloodstone dust is of ascended rarity.
