The request for additional builds to be saved is frequently submitted. This is a very important addition that can benefit ANet financially if they implement the system similar to purchasing gems to unlock bank and inventory space.

Allow us to pay X gems to unlock a blank build template and save our traits to it.

I want to be able to change my race.

They need to stop putting temporary items in the gem store is what we need , take for an example the Molten Alliance pick , I was wanting to buy that for my future characters but they took it off for sale .

Other things I want

- Main characters as a sidekick , doesn’t need to fight and you could pop it out like a mini pet but they will be interactable .

- Large mini pets

-Housing / cities , I know I’ll buy this item in the gem shop .

-My own npc’s to worship my character ( must be account bound . )

I would like the wedding attire from GW1 please, so I can carry on my signature look.

Oh yes, that also requires bright pink hair colours.

And the female Necro hair style to top it off.

This! I’m ready to buy one, but I don’t know when it will be available again.

Swimwear, swimwear, swimwear. You already made it (for kasmeer, faren, and various other npcs), so let us buy it.

Please please please limit the silly. There is so much silly right now. Cute hats, squishy cute backpack covers, town clothes themselves are silly, and legendary weapons. Seriously, why should my legendary pistol look like a lost circus prop?

I would love to see more armor and weapon skins that actually fit the lore. Ideally, of course, they should be worked into the game with other skins that can be obtained normally, but I think maybe theme packs for armor and weapon skins would be an awesome purchase in the gem store.

Provided to also give us a way to store and use those skins as we please…there’s no way you missed the skin wardrobe suggestions. That’s what I want.

Two other suggestions:
- dye your weapon! -> if you do not introduce it for free (like you had it in gw), you might consider charging gems for it (<300 gems each)
- profession effects change -> unlock other styles for your professions, let us customize color, particles, etc.. (you will be creative enough to fit it into the profession’s theme) -> For example: right now mesmer is all purple and butterflies, but maybe we could change it to a darker purple, slightly black with more swirls than butterflies, or a bright pink with flowers or whatever.. (there should be a few options available to choose from)
If you do this – and I think that would be a top seller – please include the option to only see my changed theme (e.g. disabling changed themes of other players).
And please do a reasonable price.

old school Exalted Armor would be nice, good set of kitten Elite Templar armor/Plated/Charr (I don’t think charr would like this one), Monk inscribed armor was VERY COOL/Obby armor.

Kurzick/Luxon/Imperial armor skins were nice.

Allow us some customization with Heavy users getting the Long flowing cloak, slightly tattered. Maybe shoulder cloaks for medium armor users, Think of Ezio for an idea. And Light users a cloak that splits down on the left and right side so nothing interferes with their puffy robes/armor.

On another note, some purchasable emotes. Air guitar anyone? Again allows us more customization.

And lastly, maybe not Gem store specific but an update to pet mini’s. Maybe allow mini’s to sing/emote with the player/mini brawl Just make them more appealing to people who may have no interest in mini’s currently as they are, It would give a much needed boost to the mini market and make people feel like they didn’t just buy it for an title achievement.

The event hats from Guild Wars 2, wearable in combat like the original. I loved the halo and wore it constantly.
The old dances, like the necro dance or the ele dance.
More bank slots available in your bank.
For people who are leveling, a summoning stone like the Guild Wars 1 imp that you could use till you got to max level. So many people are having problems in areas where the population has thinned out.

Oh god, a salvage kit that only yields upgrades, while not destroying the skin, would be AMAZING!!! I would buy that in a heartbeat~!!!

I want the Aion ninja animations for purchase in the gym store. I’d pay anything for that.

An animation to actually sit on chairs… Tired of seeing all these comfy chairs and not being able to use them… :C

More revealing male armors.. light and medium.

More armor skins in the gem shop – This could be thematic, based off the current update or “era”, or updating GW1 skins into this games setting (Cantha ones would be welcome)

More armor skins from new dungeons

New hairstyles for all races, new faces, more asian/oriental hairstyles & faces, a lot more Sylvari customization options such as hair and face options

More Sylvari armor skins – this needs to happen, as most of the current ones are really bulky and hideous.

More GW1 tie-in’s to this game both in-game & gem store items

An additional character menu or system where we can select our characters heritage, for races that have different cultures such as humans, I want to make my Canthan & Elonian descended characters literally flagged as such – idc if this is from the gem shop or not but I know a lot of people have talked about wanting this for a long time.

Different movement or sheathed weapon & animation options – Minor, but it would be cool if dual blade options could be sheathed in an X on your back, rather than on your sides as that looks really dumb a lot of the time.

New Emotes – there’s not enough.

Player Housing – you could sell novelty furnishings etc in the gem shop, or specialty houses if you ever add player housing…Which would be awesome.

I would like to see weapon dyes and or some general particle effect enhancements for weapons. So many great looking skins that could burn, freeze, or shine. A particle effect dye consumable would be awesome.

Bigger wardrobe, really.

I’d pick up an everlasting axe when it turns up, but mostly I’d just like more options for appearance customisation.

TSW did their store right with a large variety of skins for only a few dollars each to create a unique look. The dye system is done so well in this game, I wish it would be applied to skins.

I also don’t mind buying access to content. For GW2, I’d pay for permanent access to the Super Adventure Box and Molten Weapons Facility.

Would be nice if we could buy a stone that would allow us to change Legendary stats.

I would like the starter elemetalist armor from GW1 to make a comeback, and for those hoodies available as town clothes in the gem store to be also available as armor. I think they would look awesome on rangers.

I think/assume/want to believe that we want more items that do not effect the content being released. I much rather have items completely separate from content instead of what only seems to have been the basis of lackluster content. I don’t want them to create items for the gem shop then dictate content around said items. It really has had that feel to me, that they only create content to sell items.

A few years ago I got into a debate on guru about the release of the cash shop in gw1 and where it was leading. There seemed to be an overwhelming support for the shop back then and a contempt for anyone questioning it. I know I was called numerous names for suggesting that it was the beginning of a slippery slope. Yet several years later here we are with much more of a cash shop, that without question has a substantial effect on the game.

That said, I want clarity in regards to the gem shop. I doubt we will ever get any, but none the less the premise of the thread is “things we want”. By clarity I mean several things. I would like to have the rng removed from the shop. It’s shady business that makes me feel they have become rather slimy working on a slippery slope. I would like to know the basis of releases. Do lulls in the gem exchange prompt sales/releases to keep it elevated? I would like to know the basis of some of the prices. How do they ascertain certain items’ prices (boosters etc).

All in all I have come to terms with the shop being here. I just don’t like where it seems to be going and the way it has been managed in terms of relating to the game and the effect it has on the game.

I want some true content in game before cool items in gemstore ….

These orbs can be a one time use if needed, these areas will provide extremely rare and cool looking weapons but in order to enter, 5 players will pool in their gold – convert to gems and open the instance.
Or someone can spend real $$.
Ofc the skins dropped from these instances can then be sold on TP for profit so these players can make some money back.

WvW abilities reset token
A token that resets all WvW abilities on any character on your account.

WvW stomp finishers
Add some artistic flavor when stomping your enemies. How about causing an explosion or planting a tree?

WvW swiftness potions
Tired of always being behind the zerg? Chug down one of these babies for a 1 hour swiftness buff in WvW!

WvW camouflage

If they do, they will probably add buttcapes that reach to the ankles as well as ginormous shoulder pads that stretch above the head.

What I would really want see is item called auto merchant service. Once activated, it would create menu where you can select item quality witch will be sold to merchant.

Lets say, I select from the list: masterwork. Every item under that quality will instanly be sold to merchant.

Race Change, I hate that I didn’t make all my characters Asura.

More armor skins, or event better some armor parts with physics to them. Like capes and scarfs. If possible I like to see some earrings or amulets with physics added.

I also would love to see more variations in armor, not 10 more trench coats for medium. I always wanted that hat the asura npc wears that has physics, you know the one with cloth wrapped all over and dangling from the ears. =(

And of course if possible:
-more hair styles(with some nice physics effect if possible)
-more face types
-variations of weapon skins (two handed scimitar<3 or two handed lightning wip)
-sheathed weapon position fitter(minor adjustment where appropriate not huge, like sheathing dagger on your face)
-alternate animation pack(walking, running… etc)

I’d pay for a consumable that allowed you to un-soulbound an item back to account bound so if you wanted to do something like move an unbreakable mining pick from a character you aren’t playing at the moment, you could make use of it on a character you are playing.

Or if you have a piece of gear that is awesome, but has been surpassed by another, and you’d like to still make use of that gear on another character (ie uber rare pieces).

100% Chance to remove a rune or sigil without destroying the item.

I’d happily give you my money for more town clothing, face, and hair style options.

My Noble feels silly that she does not own a proper dress to wear. (No doubt the other nobles think she is a barbarian anyway!) I had some difficulty with viewing perspectives and moving around even as the smallest Norn so I ended up with a Human, but I desperately miss those Norn hairstyles! I would love to see them available for the Human.

How ’bout an item that combines all these basic transmutation stones into transmutation crystals. You can even make it so 5 transmutation stones make 1 transmutation crystal. These things are clogging my bank account, and it feels wrong throwing them away.

And that’s why threads are merged by the mods, to keep the discussion in one place rather than numerous threads that rabidly fall off the first few pages.
