Dear anet,

Please stop this madness. I can’t find any reasonable justification to grind for 400 hero points in order to enjoy the content I was most looking forward to in this expansion. For even less than that, you can unlock all core skills and traits at level 80 from the hero points you earn from just leveling. so this is not ok. you know, it’s like when you’re at a bar and you’re really getting to know a chick and everything is going nicely, but then her friend comes out of nowhere and says something to her like “i think this guy came to my door the other day trying to sell insurance.” i can’t use the term to describe this phenomenon here, but you know that i’m getting at.

like, i’m probably going to get colon cancer someday, and while i’m vomiting from the chemo i’ll be thinking to myself “wow how much time did anet get me to waste trying to get some elite specializations.” like, seriously. i mean, i don’t want to push for a UN resolution on this, but gosh can you guys throw me (and the rest of the community) a bone?

best regards,

riscool

I agree. I’m just glad I’m not interested in any of the “elite” specializations, my builds are perfect now. I’m not even interested in the new area, I’m still in SW to farm gold. And I am saying this as a person who bought Ultimate… XD

New dunegoens with proper difficulty scaling and rewards?
Raids?
New PvP modes?

Locking a spec that players want to try out behind a hellish grind is not end-game , no matter how you look at it.
Man, just imagine a casual player(normal adult) having 2-3 hours of playtime after work. How much time it will take him to do it for say, 3 characters?

Meh its not that bad. masteries are account bound after all so it will be much easier to get hero points on your other characters
