Mzz4.pw is the domain name? Does that even sound legit to you. You need to learn how to read domain names. There is also absent of a Gw2 official stamp on the mail. How can you be unsure about this? Learn.

Just make sure to report the mail via the in-game reporting system (that ! button left of the reply button).

Anything that comes from ANet directly will have the ANet logo affixed to it. Nothing bad will happen to you if you don’t do what that mail is telling you to do.

Actually if you run the host command against the full name you’ll see that it is an alias for tao.guildwars2.pw which has an ip address of 43.250.73.67. This ip address resides in the Guangdong Province of China. I wouldn’t visit it if I were you.
