Hi all.
I would be happy if I got an answer from someone from Anet. Is there any chance that to the game will return Tribal armor set ? I’d like to see the set on my character

Does anyone know if you will ever be able to get the Tribal (Masquerade PvP amor) armor set again? You had to be rank 30+ to unlock it in PvP before the update, you no longer can get this armor, or can you? I really loved that armor set but was only able to get the gloves before the update went live. Maybe from a PvP Reward Track? I wouldn’t mind doing more PvP to get it. I anyone knows anything about this or has anything to add feel free to comment below.

I want to know this too, wanted to get the set in pve since release. Is there any way?

From what I know it was only from getting it in PvP, just cross your fingers and hope.

Anyone find any evidence that the tribal set is in PvE now? Or available to get in PvP somehow? They kept it in the locker… And they actually renamed it to Tribal, finally. (Rather than it being named Masquerade).

they better bring any and all pvp exclusive items into PvE someway, was hoping it would be in WvW vendor but nope, not there either. hopefully soon

I’ve wanted this set for awhile and didn’t have a chance to grab it in pvp before the patch. I hope area net will make it possible to get and hopefully it won’t be so hard to obtain.

Petition’s don’t work, and Anet doesn’t like them. I’d be satisfied with information regarding its acquisition and availability in PvE. That’s it. Really. Is that too much to ask? I guess it is, given their unrelenting silence on this matter.

This is just starting to become a cruel joke at this point. I don’t understand why it can’t be added to the karma vendor it was originally at back in beta.

Implementing the Tribal armor as a karma set would be ideal, since that’s how it was during beta, though I’m willing to push through some PvP to get it if it shows up on a reward track.

It just needs to show up, plain and simple… and sooner rather than later. I’m eagerly awaiting any news about it.

Hopefully they sell it on the cash shop for 800 gems.

Reward tracks are too easy. You needed rank 30 before to even be able to farm them. These new tracks fill up much faster than getting rank 30.

I think the worst part about all this for me is that I’ve got the whole week of Easter off from my full-time job. I’ve got nothing but time, but no goal to work towards since it’s not obtainable right now.

The wait is absolutely killing me. Why didn’t they make it acquirable from the start when they released the patch? Actually, I have the same question about all the PvP armors (but mostly the Tribal set :P ).

And for old players who didn’t really like PvP before the update? They’ll just have to forget it I guess.

This set should have been attainable somewhere in game (other than spvp) since launch along with those other armor pieces still left in the same state.

I basically levelled a second ele just to use it after I unlocked it in spvp and I’d love to see it mixed into more folks costumes around the game world.

Well, if it wasn’t for the fact that PvP players were royally ripped off the feature patch (like how everyone can bring their legendary to PvP) I would be totally for equalization of added this set to PvE.

But seeing how virtually everything was removed for early PvPers including ranks and titles the only way to show that you where somewhat of a high rank before the patch is to have this set of armor.

There are also several armor skins exclusive to PvE, if you want tribal armor then you’d have to be more fair and make it possible for PvP players to obtain PvE armors without spending gold.

It could, theoretically, be available from the armor boxes purchased with guild commendations and laurels.

Still waiting… There’s no reason why this (and all the other PvP armor sets) should still be unavailable.

If Anet wants to give players an incentive to try out PvP, the glorious armor is not the way to do it. Bring back all the lost armor sets as reward tracks and you’ll see a big jump in PvP participants, although there’ll probably also be a big jump in hardcore PvP’ers complaining about “too many PvE noobs in my game” threads as well, but whatever. I’m more than willing to dive into PvP, but ONLY when they bring these sets back.

Otherwise, karma vendor. Boom. Done. Everyone’s happy and the “where’s PvP armor?” threads will cease.

Sadly, I don’t have the footwear, the only piece I seriously want.

From the point this link took me to, to the end of that thread as of this time, I failed to find any allusion that the pvp wardrobe items had any chance of being produced from the mystic forge. I just think you are overly hopeful on something that doesn’t exist.

This. If they prefer these armors remain in PvP, I’m alright with that. I just want them to be obtainable again.

A PvP track for them (maybe behind other tracks that must be completed so they retain their “rareness”) would be great. Gives another incentive for PvP at that.

Yes please, would love them, Anet, THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE GAME, just give them a track. Complete it 6x to get full set.
