What Hairstyle is this?
If it’s not from the makeover kit, then it is possibly one of the few that people managed to change to when the HoT hair-styles were accidentally added to makeover kits for a brief time.

That is a superb question. I’ve just looked through every female human and norn hairstyle in the hairstyle kit, new and old, and I must be blind if it’s there because I cannot find anything with that combination of forehead swoop and thick ponytail with holder.
I did not look in the total makeover kit, because that should have exactly the same hairstyle options.
edit: Zalladi must be correct, some people got stuck with new styles due to a glitch that was in the kits for a day or two.
further edit — Yep, I found it on a Reddit post with pictures of the new hairs that were found. It’s human female.

recently there was a bug on the perm hairstyle kit (not sure if regular makeover kits were affected too) that allowed us to change into these new hairstyles. although it isn’t available yet, it seems it might be coming with HoT or maybe tomorrows update? either way we weren’t able to revert it back since that same day anet disabled the kits till they were able to fix them
