Just bought another 2 Marjory’s dagger skins on the sale a few days ago……and I already had 2 on my thief. So I’ll have spent 1800 gems for nothing.
(I didn’t even use 2 of the skins yet.)
I’d really like to know if they consider refunding those skins to gems.
I really love the new wardrobe system, but that really kittenes me off, because they’ve just been on sale
What about multiple copies of gemstore skins?

You can submit questions about the Feature Build after it goes live on April 15th. In the meantime, watch for more information via our Knowledge Base (search: Wardrobe) and blog posts.
Everyone: Please do not submit tickets or make forum posts about the Feature Build at this time. Customer Support cannot assist with these matters in advance of the build going live.
So in other words, stay tuned for more information and don’t contact support regarding this until the April 15th patch as they cannot help you at this time.

I’m confident they will refund your gems for those. They’ve refunded for less obvious oversights. And luckily the gem store logs all of your purchases so it would be very easy to see if you did or didn’t purchase multiple of the same.
I would seriously be shocked if they didn’t honor a gem refund for this.
