I think it be just nice to get an answer what they gonna Change in the way leaderboards tracking down Progress.. I think it is smart after having offended all dedicted fractal Players with a reset that coulnd’t be predicted and wasn’t talked about as well, to actually talk from a devs side what your ideas are on making the leaderboard mean somthing…before you implemenet some Thing you spend again loads of time on that is actually wasted and isn’t fair or smart in any way just talk.. it seems to be so hard to tell the reasoning behind those leaderboards and the reset. I Keep wondering why if you just told it was a mistake to do so 6 weeks ago I would have my peace of mind..

The bottom point is that most of the dedicated players lost their dedication. Lost their hope and feeling of accomplishment. I think it’s fair to say that majority of the dedicated player base lost any kind of hope in fractals as a whole. I personally do them maybe once every two weeks and it’s only because someone is dragging me to them. When before I used to run them daily if not few times a day. I was the advocate for fractals, getting people in my guild interested in them, helping them level their characters and learn different techniques and strategies to pass each and every level.
All that is lost now. Leaderboard that will eventually come out has no meaning to me and it never has. Why create a content update that has no team or anyone in general to fix any potential bugs that will arise. Because let’s face it, There was not a single update to LS that didn’t have a single bug in it. You can’t just release something and call it done because the team had moved on. In that case why release it at all?

29 runs, 1 fractal weapon, I’ve had enough.
Anet you killed Fractals for me, you killed what I logged on 3 hours minimum a day for.
Your mistake wasn’t the update, your mistake was ignoring the community.
You’ve lost players, you’ve lost money.

29 runs, 1 fractal weapon, I’ve had enough.
Anet you killed Fractals for me, you killed what I logged on 3 hours minimum a day for.

29 runs for 1 frac weapon isn’t that bad compare to me 50+ runs no frac weapon yet

just do 1 fractal run a day so that you don’t get burned out.
scale 49 is best.

From fractured until wintersday patch I only got 1 fractal skin and 1 ascended weapon chest.(Haven’t reach scale 49)

From wintersday patch until yesterday ,i’ve got 2 more ascended weapon chest, 1 ascended amour chest,2 more fractal skins.

I just feel scale 49 is easy and rewarding.(for the 41-49 range) Today a party member received Ascended weapon chest too.

Aim for 49 and just do 1 full run for the daily bonus chest.

Just keep in mind that most Ascended chests are worthless.
