What's the Minimum # of new skills you want?
I could probably be satisfied with 5 new utilities per class to go with the reworks, tweaks and fixes to the existing ones.
After the last batch of new, and elite, skills, I’m not crazy about any. But I will take more points to add more of the current traits to my build.

300 new skills.
Naw but seriously 2-3 new skills for each 1-5 on every weapon on every class. 5 new utilities sounds good and fixes or changes to existing ones so the choice isn’t so obvious.
Minimum ?
Hmm, I could live with zero.
The ability to switch out one of the 1-5 skills per weapon would be nice.
depends on the class. For classes like war and guard and stuff 5-10 but engi 2..but those gotta be new kits.
I want more weapon skills.

Double everything. Utilities, weapons, elites, healing. Less would be disapointing. They had near 3 years to do something with skills and did nothing. They have to catch up but I don’t know how they could do it.
At least one additional weapon per profession. I’d say a new utility type as well and a new elite (so new elite, 4 more utilities with a shared type, and new weapon per profession). More traits would also be welcome.
Eye of the North added 10 new skills per class, so anything less than that here would be a failure on Anet’s part IMO, but at this point I’d settle for 5 good skills. And by “good” I don’t mean like those crappy healing skills we got with the tower of nightmares, I mean useful ones that I will actually slot into my build.
5 or 6 would be nice. However, I’d really like to see dual classing add to Guild Wars 2. That would mix things up quite a bit some people a whole lot to chew on for some time.
5 for all 2-handed weapons, 3 for all main-hand weapons, and 2 for all off-hand weapons. And we should then get to choose which skills we take for each weapon. Also at least 10 Utility skills and 2 new Elites.
Easy.. give us GW1 skills and the same flexibility in builds.
GW2 changed something that it should have never, ever touched.
ONE BILLION!
Muwahahahahahahahaaaaa!
I’d say 1 – 2 new weapons on each class, 1 new elite per class and at least 1 new utility skill for each spec in a class ( exp Ranger has Survival, Spirits, Traps, Shouts and Signets utilities so they would get 5 while warriors have Physical, Banners and Stance utilities while would give them 3 ).
Zero. Rather than new whatever I want to see bugs for existing skills and traits fixed. No need for more broken skills.
I find that having no expectations leads to the least disappointment.
I would like to see current elite skills buffed (mainly the Norn ones), or just new ones in general.
Zero.
I’d rather see work done on existent skills and abilities (and traits).
Well if they are going to fix stuff then they need to go balls deep in fixing exploitable fights in dungeons (Many can be fixed if the bosses skills dealt damage to everything far above and far below the point it lands SOOO sick of being in parties that hide on rocks just cause they won’t get hit) to event npc’s that just standing around when they should be walking from point a to b during a escort mission.
42.
2 or 3 totally new weapons, 1 additional skill per weapon that can be swapped out for another skill of that weapon, 1 skill per sort of utility (so for guard for example 1 signet 1 shout 1 consecration 1 spirit 1 meditation 1 elite, we already got the healing skill)
and 1 extra racial skill for each race
ow and also a new class
The current weapons could use more skills, but i would rather have them add new weapons altogether, with unique skills.
It will be a nightmare trying to balance any new weapon skills with the current ones. It would probably be easier to just make new weapons with different skill sets.
