What would you add to the HoM?
I would add every weapon and set of armour I have in my HoM to GW2 plus all the ones I have in my storage and on my 12 Toons for GW1. My main warrior had 11 sets of elite armour. An my 9 of the remaining 11 also had elite armour. And most had green weapons. My main warriors hero’s all had green weapons. There where some really great looking skins in GW1. I wish more where in GW2, and BLK skins don’t count. RNG cash shop skins are bad IMO.

I’d love to have my prestige armor set skins available in GW2. Love my Sunspear Elite Dervish armor. And my Monument Warrior armor.
I would add my Rit to the HoM and transfer her over.

White monument armor. = amazing. It was the only colour for it. IMO.

A skritt with a lemonade stand.
…no, really.
But, as you buy gems with real money (not convert gold to gems), he would start to carry other things as well. Special skins, perhaps some of the GW1 ones that didn’t make it over yet.
delicate, brick-like subtlety.
It would be nice if we could use ascended materials to upgrade our own HoM to where we get things like these. The place is in shambles and in need of tending to. Ascended mats are the perfect idea to do such things to rebuild it to it’s former glory for our family’s namesake.
I’d love to have the items that were added in by me including minis, armors, and weapons… everything. Originally I thought that was how it was going to work.
I would add my Rit to the HoM and transfer her over.
I second this. Plus I would love access to my xunlai chest. 250 ectos isn’t going to break the gw2 economy, but I would sure love to have them.
I would add a precursor!
Kittens!
Bloin – Running around, tagging Keeps, getting whack on Scoobie Snacks.
In the GW1 HoM, we could bring other players inside to show them our accomplishments. We should be able to bring other GW2 players inside to show them all the Achievements we’ve completed that otherwise have no way of being seen by other players. (Giant Slayer! If you get that one, there’s got to be a way to show it off!)
Set a man on fire, and he’ll be warm the rest of his life.

My Rainbow Phoenix, Imisshimsomuch.
Nothing, I worked HARD to get 50/50 and GWAMM; I was rewarded with the feeling of having “completed” GW1, and I’ll be kittened if I’m suddenly robbed of that feeling of completion.
It’s done. It’s over. Let it rest.
The only thing I wouldn’t mind them adding is the rainbow phoenix. Anything else is just going to bother people who didn’t play Guild Wars 1.
The intention of the rewards was to throw us a bone, since we weren’t getting an expansion, but an entirely different game.
It wasn’t supposed to be continuously rewarding once Guild Wars 2 came out.
I would like a miniature of my main character from GW1…
Or all the weapons and armors from HoM to be transfered over to GW2. And minis.
A way to rebuild it and start populating it with GW2’s armours/minis/achievement trophies/etc.
Oh, and the (far?) Shiverpeaks area so we can walk to it.
Save the Bell Choir activity!
I would like a lot of the armor and weapons to transfer over. I understand this might not be doable for HOM-only users but at least they could put them in the game – even if it’s the gem store..
I want them to add old HoM functionality in HoM
Create a place where we can put our GW2 titles, achievements, armor/weapon skins etc just like the original HoM. I know we have the Collections and the Wardrobe, but having a physical representation of your achievements feels much much better.
Maybe they will do it when we start preparing for GW3, but I want it sooner!
That kind of customization can work very well as a personal instance / house. Or, for those who didn’t play GW1 and don’t have HoM, add HoM functionality in our home instance…
