Last year I could use these items to buy things. This year I can’t find a vendor that takes them. Am I just not finding the right vendor?

While I don’t know about the vendors, I distinctly recall there being some crafting recipes that require those ingredients

Try the vendors around the portals situated near the doorways to the labyrinth, you’ll see them clearly if you portal in at the mystic toilet, go straight on and then take a right turn….

oh and you need 1000 of each to get an upgrade to them….just saying

Yes you could and really if they arnt going to allow us any other way to spend them than upgrading them into ten of the item needed to make a Gift to craft weapons (so 10,000 of each type) then they needed to downgrade their importance in the loot table – im sitting on a gazillion of these for just under a year presuming I would be able to buy stuff..
