They did say they wanted to get into the consoles….

More vertical wow-clone grinding (level cap / gear tier) is the biggest thing that would make my heart sink. This would likely be deal breaker territory.

I’d also be disappointed if they still aren’t adding any of the things people have been asking for since launch (guild halls, etc). But whatever they are adding is still new and welcome.

We get only a full 3 zones going down to Magus Falls to kill Mordremoth. No expansion.

but jokes aside.. yea i do belive its an xpac aswell. And 30 bucks? Heh.. i toss that into the gem store almost all 2 weeks (with gem cards) so yea i (personally) see no issue forking over 30 bucks if the content is worth it…and to be fully honest the game itself already gave me more stuff to do then all the games i played (cept skyrim..cause this cant be counted for modding and stuff) combined. 30 bucks? Heh.. sure…anytime.

That will turn out to have unannounced grind attached, lots of ‘new player friendly’ adjustments, and remove several dungeon paths as a way of concentrating where people are playing.

ArenaNet is a subsidiary of NCsoft, which means that not only NCsoft “owns” ArenaNet but it also has full control over anything that company does. So NCsoft = ArenaNet

An expansion pack with no new race. Only Syvlari is now enemy race;P. All sylvans can be hunted down by other races. Grove is hostile area like Orr but minus pact.
In wvw sylvans are one team among all servers, and they run around wrecking havoc everywhere. And they summon Dragon Champions in wvw maps too.:P

That’s not how shareholding works. All shareholders can do is vote for board members and since the sale, even after Nexon lost some more than 1/4 the value of their investment, all the board members remain and none are related to Nexon.

They announce a new engine for Guild Wars 2 with superior graphics, true interactable features and it saves your spot on the map if you DC. Unfortunately it has a tiny little bug. RNG characters. Everyday your characters are randomly switched to another profession and appearance. Names are also randomly switched between all the character names in the game. In addition, if your new name breaks TOS and you get reported, you get a 72 hour suspension.

They hope to iron out this bug soon and will implement the fix “when it’s ready”
