I feel the blatant disregard for forum rules and naming/shaming is worse than what has already been declared not to be a violation of the ToS, even if its not endorsed or liked. I would remove the names from the screen shot or remove it all together.

On a different note, if you joined a group with a clear description and failed to meet the requirements, I would kick you in a heart beat. You are actually the one abusing the LFG system.

Go make your own group then, nobody force you to join theirs.

So the LFG stops allowing new groups to be made for a section if someone asks for money in their description? Didn’t think so.

The selling ones only stay up for so long because it takes time to fill them. They don’t fill up as fast as everyone welcome groups or possibly even ones looking for level 80 experienced warriors wearing zerk gear willing to ping their armor.

Make your own groups and your problem is solved.

The people who put the fee in the LFG description have every right to kick you. You aren’t meeting the requirements they posted in the LFG.

Devs have already stated that path selling doesn’t violate any rules (caveat emptor!), and unfortunately Arah is the least PUGable path. Your best bet is to grab some experienced guildies and have a go at it.

The ironic part is that the second lfg posting in your screenshot states everyone is welcome. Well maybe not ironic, but it shows that people selling groups are not 100% of the lfg postings out there. And ofc, like others said, you can always make your own group and not deal with it (thats how I got dungeon master and my bifrost and didnt have to pay for a single run)

That said im still disappointed that selling runs in lfg is endorsed by the devs in this game. Nothing against the players doing this, since they arent actually breaking any rules, but its one of the bigger flaws in how the game is run imo.

They don’t endorse it. They just figure a few posts in LFG is better than a bunch of map chat posts from people looking to buy and sell runs.

And those selling the dungeon have done 99% of the dungeon and are asking for players to pay for the ability to bypass the content. They’re not the groups you’re wanting to join anyway based on your last sentence.

And I’ve joined non-pay groups and had them fill up pretty quickly. So you’ve just been unlucky.

You joined a group without adhering to the description of the group you joined, the only fault here is your own.

So you joined a paid group, expect to not pay, and wait them to finish off the last boss and get your free reward? How exactly is that challenging?

recently since I’ve been active again there’s been a huge amount of buy the last run for Arah while not against the game it is very annoying it takes away the fun of adventure and no one else can get groups I’ve been kicked from groups for “refusing to pay the fee” what can be done and should this allowed to continue? Please stop disrespecting other people’s groups and abusing the lfg system. Make your own group or join one doing a regular clearing like, you know, the lfg group right under the one you pointed out.

If you are having issues finding a group, I would recommend joining a guild with members that frequent dungeons. On that note, there is a guild called Dungeon Mentors [NOOB], that teaches people various dungeons and runs them often. I believe they are on the US servers, though.

And as others have stated, I would take down your screenshot or blur the names, as it is a violation of the Terms of Service to post players’ names/accounts in that manner, as stated above.
