i have 721/722 poi, al my maps say 100% all 4 wvw maps 100%. Is there somewhere else im forgetting to go or am I just really blind on my map?

Order of Whispers HQ (instance), which is in Bloodtide Coast.

It’s best to visit every map, and check them individually if you have all POIs. Once you find the map that’s not complete, start your hunt there. This is how I learned about the Dead End bar POI before visiting the forums.

Even if you have done this POI ^^ do it again.
On my main I was part of the Order of Whispers and had visited there to check out the armor after the personal story was completed. But when I finished world completion I still had one POI missing.
I finally figured out it was this one even though I had received the empty map complete chest from there twice before.

Just backing up what these fellas have said. You have to go to that HQ once more to get the final achievement.

The bug with the Chamber of Secrets base is still active. Just had this issue myself. POI is inside the instance.
