I have a small star floating in front of my character’s face? It is a new elementalist character and it appeared even when I was creating it. Is it an aesthetic feature of elementalist?

I would think you could turn off that visual by clicking the check mark in your hero panel that toggles on/off on the headpiece. (Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong on that.)

You’re right, Gaile. It’s a helmet like any other. Ele’s get a variety of colors of floating forehead gems based on character creation questions. As they go into the Wardrobe, many people like to rapidly make and delete characters to get them available to all their Light wearers.

That trick works with Guardian shoulders, Mesmer and Necromancer masks, Engineer goggles/backpacks, Thief hoods, etc.
