Your game started exceptionally strong but as you know the game is having poblems holding players for a myriad of reasons.

Simply have developers write messages detailing what the short and long term goals are for the company. start updating the community every month, or two if you find writing a letter difficult.

It would go a long way appeasing your customers

They have no clue, based on how deep the gameplay and combat is, im inclined to say that they get all their ideas from forum posters.

Arena Net monitors the forums each day but you may understand, we cannot write a single persona answer for every single thread. This said, if you have a quick look to the different subforums you will appreciate the active involvement of devs in answering to the issues and the updates that we often make regarding different incidences. And as another user has pointed out, there is the Dev tracker and other platforms in which we actively post.
