If you mean the green thing that is the “wreath”, you can find it on the gem store, I bought it for my Guardian a few days ago, it looks nice gold.

If you meant the hair it might be available with a makeover kit only. Sorry I posted late – had the 2 min flood warning thing lol.

The title asks for what hairstyle, not what head gear. Either way, this hairstyle is not in either the Human or Norn female hairstlyes

Good point, I just looked over all available hair styles and couldn’t find it – let me check a little further. Could it possibly be hair physics that have made the hair move to a position that makes it look like a unique hair style (grasping at straws here, heh).

im aware of the wreath, this person has a hairstyle with a ponytail that isn’t pointed high up and ive never seen that hairstyle. i just checked the makeover kit stuff too and it isnt there lol

I checked both Human and Norn, it is not included in either

It is from the total makeover kit if I’m not mistaken. When I used one on my norn there where several hairstyles only available in it.

I just looked up all the hairstyles on the wiki and that was not one of them :/

lol im aware that there are exclusive hairstyles but im saying that i checked the makeover kit hairstyles for both human and norn and this is not any one of them

Also wiki only shows 9 exclusive female human hairstyles and in game I am seeing 12 listed on a single use makeover kit.
I think theer are even more in the total makeover kit.

Okay so recently there was a glitch with the makeover kits that enabled what seems to be new hairstyles coming with HoT, but they didn’t preview correctly, so the only way to see it on the toon was to accept the change.
Which some people did, whether because they liked it or had a perm contract, only to find they couldn’t change it back because kits were briefly disabled while they fixed them (the basic kits I believe also got gender change as well)
People with the new hairstyles are probably going to keep them as they are currently exclusive to the few who lucked out on the glitch at just the right time, so they get a two month headstart on hair
